Fast check in, friendly staff, room was comfortable and clean.

There were issues with several elevators, so always a long wait. The staff was great, we had a drink in the club which is very nice. We didn't eat or park here. Location was great and room was large and had 2 bathrooms.

The rooms are very large for NYC. We had 2 full bathrooms! The lobby and front desk staff are helpful and always available.

Everything is excellent.

We have stayed in NYC city numerous times over the years and this one definitely a top stay. We had a junior suite with a bed, pull out couch and efficiency kitchen. There was plenty of storage space; a dresser, 2 night stand with drawers, 2 closets. The bathroom was very roomy. 2 windows and a small dining table. The air conditioner worked great. Water temperature stayed hot through 4 showers a night. Location is amazing! Every time we came in, we were greeted by the staff. Check-in was smooth. We didn’t take apart in any of the other amenities, but we will be back to this hotel again.

Great place, comfortable room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars all around is because of elevator maintenance which was a minor inconvenience.

My daughter left her favorite dress in the closet (her fault, definitely not the hotels). If they find it and contact me so we can get her dress back I can easily give this a 4+ star review. They were doing elevator maintenance which I understand is sometimes necessary but it did make getting to and from our room lengthy at times. The room was spacious and clean, the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our vacation. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips to the city.

We had a wonderful time. Your staff was fun and helpful, super friendly and welcoming! We only had trouble with the tv remotes and the coffee pot. Both appliances were miserable to figure out and so we gave up trying to use them. Please come up with better devices. Happy we had our phones!

Good location. A little dated rooms.

Great location and spacious rooms. The property is a bit dated. Biggest negative is the elevator service. A sign noted that the hotel was excited to announce that the elevators were being renovated. This is a euphemism for "Sorry, but two of our elevators are out of service." For a 26-story hotel, that often meant a wait of several minutes before a non-full elevator arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

One major issue.. house keeping failed badly! We only stayed one night and our bedsheets were dirty.. and I mean dirty 😳😕 I went to management and they did give us a free breakfast voucher but I was pissed. The management was helpful all in all. Check your bed before you sleep to be sure housekeeping didn’t do a lazy cleaning.
