Considerate staff and a convenient location.

I found the room was very small, decor was red and charcoal- very dark. And the lighting was not great. Overall very dark. But staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is perfectly placed for theater lovers! Literally one block from the Great Gatsby. We were even able to come back between shows and freshen up!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was a neat fit for the 4 of us but we still just about managed to find a place for each of our suitcases. Comfortable room which was clean and tidy with good air conditioning. Location was good for us. Only 5/10 minute walk to Times Square & only 5 minute walk to the underground.

Only stayed one night. Beds were comfortable. Rooms quite small but have to expect that I guess in the city that never sleeps.i will definitely stay there again.

I asked for a room in a quiet area but I was put in a room next to a stairwell and had to listen to a door slam often. There were no water fill stations. They would sell you a bottle of water for $8 though. The air conditioning in the room didn’t distribute evenly through the room. Bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The employees were nice, especially the man in the cafe.

Great man that works at service, helped us for 15 minutes to get a cab, so helpful
-
location in city; shower facility in room. Price seems high for size of room
-
The rooms cost so much but they don’t even give complimentary water . They sale water in the room $8 , you don’t read what’s on the water you end up getting shocked when it’s billed to your room
-
Clean, modern, compact but roomy. Great views and excellent location
-
The overall size of the room was ok and it was fairly clean. The pillows were horrific with lumps and bumps for all 8 we had. We also had a major issue with the battery and lock, getting locked out of our room, with little communication, and delaying plans while it needed to be corrected. Towels and TP were not replenished for 4 people. The proximity to many things (Central Park, times Square, etc.) was nice. By the way- a minivan is apparently oversized, and parking became $80 per night unexpectedly.

It was in incredibly pleasant stay, everything was perfect for us, the location is outstanding, we will definitely return. Leaving NYC.
-
Great view from room, good central location. Kind and helpful staff, soft and comfy bed. Aircon worked. Overall happy with our choice. NYC hotels are generally very expensive for what you get, this one is no exception. Reception area is a little odd. Bathroom needs a little love and quality fittings. Aircon in room sounds like freight train.

Location was great! It was minutes away from Carnegie Hall, which was where I needed to be for most of the weekend. I also enjoyed how my room was cleaned everyday and that the 4th floor had water for me to access. A last-minute decision to add another night to my hotel stay was quite pricey - fortunately, it was for a work trip or else I would not have extended my stay.
