Excellent, loved the breakfast.

Fantastic view from the room, a very good breakfast, exceptionally friendly and always helpful staff, spotless cleanliness, and an unbeatable location. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Stayed for a week. We don’t like having cleaning staff in our rooms everyday and they were constantly knocking on the door to come in and clean even with the tag on the door handle and at one point one of them walked in and started cleaning when we opened the door with us both in there

Breakfast buffet is great.

On another note, we noticed the sheer drapes on the windows were tattered and need to be replaced. That should be attended to. It was a bad sign.

The approach to the hotel was nerve wracking but ended up being super accessible. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and super convenient to Broadway! Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Location is perfect, but not so noisy. Rooms are tiny, but it is normal in NY. Rooms are upper floor have amazing view. Breakfast is ok, very cold in the dining area. Rooms are small, double bed is not suitable for 2 adults.

Unfortunately AC was not working during my stay so it wasn’t very pleasant. The staff took a long time to fix the issue and move us to a new room. I won’t be staying there again.

Small rooms but very lovely hotel. Appreciated the family room with the twin bed! Great location, nice views, wonderful breakfast. Staff was very helpful and worked hard to fix a little issue we had when we checked in.

The breakfast was delicious! The staff was so helpful in helping me to download an app and show me how to use it to naviagte the subway. The hotel amenities were great being able to do laundry was a huge plus. The room was spacious and the view was fantastic! It’s a great location as well!

The property is in the heart of everything. You can walk down the street to take the subway, walk 5 minutes to a broadway show or take a leisurely walk to Central Park. The view from our room was stunning. We could see Central Park and the beautiful architecture of the buildings surrounding us. We loved looking out at sunrise to see the beautiful clouds traveling across the NY skyline. The property is quiet. We could rest quietly in our room at the end of a hectic day of sightseeing. The breakfast area was beautiful, contemporary with an unexpected view to the city. It was welcoming and the food was good. The staff is courteous and always willing to help.
