Hotel is ok but in need of upgraded elevators as elevators went down daily during my stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't like being so close to the elevator as you could hear the foot traffic but other than that it was a great stay.

Not very clean, sheets had stains. Lots of towels which is good. Stuff wasn't so nice, only 2 of them gave service nicely, all the other ones were not nice at all.

It does, however, have a good location and was reasonably quiet.

The hotel is 34 floors and appeared to be well occupied. One of the three elevators was out of service for a lot of our stay. This sometimes made for long wait times and full elevators. And we were on a floor that made using the stairs essentially impossible.

On the other hand, staff is very helpful. Great location if you want the midtown vibe.

Super comfortable and clean and upgraded room. Excellent location. Very nice staff. Elevator can be slow so plan accordingly. I’m definitely staying here again.

A happy stay

The location was perfect for our trip. Getting around to the various area we needed to go was easy. The many food places around gave us great options to sit and dine. Proximity to Central Park allowed for early morning runs before starting the day. The room was clean and comfortable. The elevators malfunctioned one day and it was a little tiresome waiting to go up to the room. During peak hours, it took a little longer to wait for elevators…which is not unusual for a busy hotel. Definitely a place to consider staying in the future.

The elevators were out of service our whole stay. Thie wait to the rooms going up and down was an easy 30 min.

I was with a small group and the staff was incredible with our needs. Our check in was effortless, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Do not stay here. Location is perfect. However, the check-in process elevator, and front desk staff is a nightmare.
