Good location and room size. Rooms need to be updated, bathroom with stains and overuse making it seem dirty. Broken window blinds.

Mediocre hotel for the price

The positives were the staff being friendly, the location of the hotel, and the bed was comfy. Other than that, wasn’t thrilled with this property and likely won’t return. The room/bathroom had a very unpleasant odor, like a wet gym bag or when a teenage boy sweats and doesn’t air his room out. The carpets need to be removed. There was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom so it just smelled musty and unpleasant. No coffee maker in the room, no mini fridge, the toilet was one you’d find in a public restroom with the silver button on the side which was kinda tough to push. We could also hear the toilet above us every time they flushed (old building). But what was really frustrating was the valet parking fees. Be aware, they advertise $80 but that’s for small cars. We were charged $120 for a mid-size SUV after taxes and a bunch of weird fees. I owed an additional $158 after check-out with parking and “destination” and state fees. So all together, for one night plus 18 hours parking my car, it cost me $490. Just wasn’t worth it with the stink and outdated room.

They purposely don’t charge you at your table, instead asking for your room number. The AC barely works in the room. Better off at the Hilton Garden where we stayed in January.

We had a great stay! The room and property were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back!
-
There were times when reception was understaffed - only one person at check-in/checkout time). Breakfast was ok. Make clear the credit against resort fee - it’s a real credit useable in the bar and for breakfast.

It was okay

Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bar/Restaurant staff gave recommendations for other restaurants near the hotel.

Great hotel. Valet situation is tight but not the worst thing in the world considering it's in midtown Manhattan. That said, the valet staff was very kind and accommodating as were the other hotel staff. Great stay!!

Very outdated

Loved the indoor pool and also the friendly staff. Location was super convenient and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Vancouver

The stay was in a great location. The room service sucked. Our room was never cleaned when asked, I didn't make a big deal out of it. I saw a cart in the hall and just took my own extra linen. There was no soap in the dispenser. Breakfast and parking was included when I paid in advance from Expedia. I was charged for parking and breakfast. I received a credit after I asked why did I have an over $400 bill. I usually stay here when I visit NY but the next time I'll stay somewhere else.

The receptionist I contacted over the phone was very friendly and efficient regarding my early check-in. However, the morning staff blew me off regarding the small accommodation for a $35 credit charge. While the rooms and elevator are a bit small, the hotel's aesthetic makes up for it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! That staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was well-maintained and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and room and a beautiful design, but just a little rundown and shabby (the carpet, walls). There was no fridge or water int eh room but you were able to grab water from the store for free - which was nice.

The staff was great. I was able to check in early and the cleaning staff was very abomasum around my schedule.
