I liked the valet parking option and that they kept our luggage for us while we went touring the city.

Clean room, good staff

Shower mixing valve seriously defective. Nearly impossible to regulate temperature. Sudden loud noise, vibration. Little surface to lay out toiletries, hair dryer. Cubby stack minimally useful. Towel hooks inconveniently located.

Clean room, spacious bathroom, balcony was nice. Restaurant and front staff were friendly. Would stay again. Could use a boost when it comes to AC though.

Great midtown location. Room was spacious for Manhattan and clean, but my balcony was so small it was almost unusable. Lobby is also tiny so it's not ideal with more than a couple of guests at the same time.

This Hotel was awesome. My husband and I visited New York for our Anniversary. It rained the entire trip but the hotel provided umbrellas for us daily. The Onsite Italian restaurant made it easy for us to plan our dinner without actually leaving the hotel. Rooftop bar awesome as well. Staff exceptional. Close to Times Square, New Central train station and other attractions.

Location only We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent — the metro is nearby, and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Unfortunately, this was probably the only advantage of this hotel. The hotel claims to be a four-star hotel, but it definitely does not meet four-star standards. We booked an upgraded room with a corner balcony, but honestly, we would have been better off booking a standard room and saving money. The windows faced the inner courtyard directly into other windows, so it felt like “window-to-window” with no privacy at all — terrible. There were two of us staying in the room, but only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers were provided. The floor in the room was extremely dirty. The only drinks provided were two bottles of water, and even those were not complimentary. The reception staff were very unfriendly — they would continue their personal conversations while guests were waiting in line instead of helping them. The hotel was also incredibly noisy. Doors were constantly slamming, and the noise was so strong that the bed would literally shake from it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We left with a very negative impression.
