The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly. Nice boutique hotel

Good breakfast

You cannot beat the location. I had a few problems, especially the breakfast -- the staff was not attentive; however, I did notify Kelli and she rectified the problem. Although it wasted one hour of my precious time to receive my breakfast, they compensated the problem. Overall, the staff were very nice. We did not find the Lantern's keep until the end of the trip and had a great dinner there. Anthony (the bartendar) was outstanding and entertained my father. Daniel and Farza were also nice at the front desk. Kelli, saved the day, and my stay at the Iroquis was acceptable

There are several reasons I really like this hotel. First, there is its close (but not too close) proximity to Times Square and the Theater District. It is also only 2 blocks from Bryant Park and the subway as well as close to Grand Central Terminal. Another reason I like the Iroquois is because it is a bit smaller in size and capacity as compared to some of the other hotels in the area (only 12 floors). As for the rooms, as it was only me, I stayed in their “Superior Room” with 1 queen bed. The room is listed as being 200 square feet which was more than adequate for me. There are other rooms available, including an executive suite which is quite large. As far as the amenities are concerned, you get complimentary bottled water, along with a few snacks including potato chips and nuts. You are also provided outlet adapters in order to charge your various devices. There is also a mini bar in each room but I did not partake of it. With my stay, I received a voucher for complimentary breakfast at da Toscano, a modern Italian restaurant located in the hotel. You are allowed to choose from several specific entrees. For myself, I selected the “Americana” which consisted of 2 eggs cooked any style, crispy potatoes and white or whole grain toast. The voucher also includes juice and coffee. Coffee is also available in the lobby of the hotel, but only during the restaurant’s breakfast hours

Fully stocked mini-bar and including useful amenities like a phone charger. We used none of it as we loved the bar downstairs too much ♡. Well decorated room with a wonderful king bed, down pillows, crispy sheets, fluffy towels and a bathrobe. None of the large hotel nonsense like empty fridges, a downstairs 'market' and online check-in. Just old fashion service, nice staff and a bartender that knows how to make good cocktails. Loved it!

I picked this hotel specifically because they had a sauna. The sauna at this hotel is falsely advertised on the hotel’s website. It exists, is not broken after maintenance inspected, but does not heat properly. I explained this to the manager who took offense to me bringing up the falsely advertised amenity, walked me up to the sauna and then claimed it was warm enough and it was as high as they could legally set it. If that is the case, they should not offer a sauna as I was sold a false bill of goods. The manager reached out to the general manager who only offered to remove the gym fee (no food or drink credit, no discounted rate, nothing). I would have most certainly stayed elsewhere had I known I was being scammed and then treated like a child who didn’t know what he was talking about without any sort of genuine apology from the front desk or comp. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and would not recommend people support this establishment. Thanks!

Not far from times square had breakfast which was lovely . the room i asked for was not what i asked for however Anthony soon sorted this out for us , no tea or coffee facilities in room, also caught out with breakfast choice as only allowed a choice of 4 items on menu was not explained properly also only tea and orange juice included with breakfast not tea so charged for that as well as a different breakfast choice. so be careful what you order of breakfast menu.

Great location in the center of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The room attendant did an excellent job. It would be nice to have an espresso/coffee machine in the room. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The Bellman was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The continental breakfast was good but more options would be better. I highly recommend this hotel if you want the luxury experience of a small boutique hotel.

It was perfectly located. Far enough away from Time square but so close to all of the shows. The staff were amazing. Every single one of them from the front desk to the maintenance. Anytime they saw us coming they would greet us with a smile and a hello. Everyone was so accommodating. I will definitely be back.
