The nicest room I’ve ever stayed at in NYC! All amenities were there and an affordable price! Gorgeous spacious rooms and bathrooms. Fantastic location too! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay there

Staff was really nice but the rooms aren’t all that clean and

Staff was very helpful and professional.

The rooms need to be more cleaner and very much renovations needed.

The counter people are amazing but the rest not
-
Good location, parking was not self park, and breakfast was terrible.

For a budget hotel it is exactly what you want. The beds are decent, the rooms are clean, and you have a private bathroom. The rooms are small and spartan but for the price it is hard to beat. I stay at this hotel once a month or more when I'm in town for work, it's always the first hotel I check for availability.

Nice and comfortable. Great.

Adequate accommodations in an older building. Has everything you need.

The third-class breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee room and sofas were dirty—I didn’t even feel like sitting there. The room key card was useless; it hardly worked, and I had to try many times before the door would open. Some of the staff were nice, while others were rude. Overall, I did not like my experience at all.

Great location

Room was billed as luxury. And we paid a luxury price. Sink was peeling, mattresses were too big for the frames and flopped over on the sides. Lots of tiny lights, one was falling onto the torn headboard. AC was stuck at 72deg. Everyday we had to go down to the reception desk to ask for new door cards bc they stopped working. We tried to leave after we discovered all these issues but the “manager” refused a refund. We booked this hotel because they had a daybed. It was more like a bench and the window around it was damaged. There’s more but just book elsewhere. Bellman was very courteous

The staff was probably one of the nicest most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, they provided me with a completely upgrade and champagne for a special occasion. Many amenities and the restaurant next door is a must try. Great hotel, great staff.

Nicely appointed rooms; complimentary water; and complimentary breakfast. It was a last minute reservation and the property did NOT disappoint.
-
The only downside was that the couches were very old and noticeably dirty. I was honestly surprised by their condition, especially considering how modern and well-designed the suite was. Additionally, the bathroom door on the second floor was difficult to close, which was a minor inconvenience. Other than those issues, we were very satisfied with our stay. The suite was unique, stylish, and perfect for a family, and we would gladly stay here again.
-
The room was filthy and had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival. To make matters worse, the air conditioner produced a constant loud noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Nice deluxe place.
