Fantastic little hotel in great mid town location, very handy for broadway, times square, Bryant park. Cool quiet hotel, helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable. Only downside is Gym is poor, its nothing more than a home gym in a very small space. 2 person max. Free tea coffee, toiletries, water ice..

Wonderful place. Will stay there next time.

No room available

nice location, nice employee. nothing to complain about, just want you know the double room is actually smaller than the standard room, the name is misleading.
-
I really liked my stay here. Everything so close yet quiet. Nights were peaceful ✌️. Staff was amazing and they were very helpful ☺️.

Good price for a great location. Much more affordable than some nearby options. Room was clean, staff were nice, the coffee machine was nice, and the WiFi was excellent. No issues whatsoever.

The parking information is also misleading. It is advertised as “onsite,” but the parking is not actually located at the hotel, which was disappointing. In addition, no one informed us that the main road leading to the hotel was closed, making our departure extremely difficult. While the hotel cannot control the road closure, they could have at least informed guests ahead of time. The room itself was average. The bed was comfortable, and the hot water was consistently hot, but beyond that there was nothing particularly memorable. The rooms are small, like most NYC hotels, but they are also surprisingly noisy and not well soundproofed, especially compared to many other hotels in NYC. In addition, the shampoo and conditioner were not restocked, and the body wash dispenser did not even work. The elevator setup was another frustration. You can’t get to street level using a single elevator, instead have to transfer between elevators. This is especially inconvenient with luggage, as the baggage carts do not fit into the smaller elevators that actually access the guest rooms. Overall, the elevators are very slow. Overall, I genuinely don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. our experience was disappointing. With so many other hotel options in NYC I would not recommend here.

The front desk folk were fantastic and so personable. Joanne remembered my name to greet me. Quietest hotel room in NY I’ve ever had! And right near the Broadway theaters
-
Close to Times Square but not close enough to be bothered by it. Close to Metro. Friendly, helpful staff. Felt safe as soli traveler

Perfect location, clean and simple amenities. It was a great place to go back to after a long day roaming around the city.

Good place to stay near everything

The staff very helpful ! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and security were amazing! I would stay again just to go back for great customer service. Another plus was that Lolita is across the street. The food at Lolita was yummy but the drinks were on point! The hotel doesn’t have parking onsite. The rate was $55 a day at the parking lot they suggested. I didn’t like that you couldn’t take your car in and out. We paid $165 in parking fees for two days since we needed the car to meet up with friends. Make sure you add parking into your coat for room. All hotels in NY charge hotel so it was expected.
