The front staff were so warm and welcoming. The only issue was the noise from the AC. Other than that, it was a perfect location with great ease for check-in and check out.

Excellent location if you plan on visiting shows on broadway, Rockefeller Center, museums, and Central Park. Very close to Times Square which is only a few blocks away.

It's not the best Hilton Garden Inn. No lobby and lounge area: a check-in desk and a couch for four people to sit. The dining area is minimal. I was disappointed in the service, too. Did not care that I was a Hilton Diamond member.

Location, cleanliness, good room Crew at front desk are not welcoming Gave me a different room than ordered… no explanation, no compensation Uber drivers cannot arrive to entrance during day time. You need to walk about 10 minutes with luggage to 5th avenue & 45th street

Amazing place to stay. Rooms and hallways smelled clean. No mildew smells. The staff was so friendly. Karina was so polite when I called to confirm the room was booked. I was a perfect spot for the PR Parade. Thank for a pleasant stay.
