The hotel was cleaned. Their breakfast is good. Though the neighbor may seem a little sketchy they provide a shuttle bus which was great. I would stay there again if needed. The only thing is the elevators are very crowded so it takes a while to go down to he 1st floor and go up. Other than it, it was all good.

Rude staff at the reception and very aggressive, especially a guy told his name is kevin and challange m e to report him. my wife felt very unsafe in this atmosphere.

We didn’t like the people next to us who kept coming in and out of their room. The hotel is nice but the area is sketchy. It can feel unsafe at late night hours. Breakfast was good but can get busy making it hard to find a table. Overall our experience was good.The house keeper on the second floor Patricia did an excellent job. The room was nice and cold with a comfortable bed.

After we were coming back from breakfast, the door keycard was not working. We informed this to the front desk, but they were not able to provide the support to resolve the issue until we pushed them. Then they brought the maintenance person and removed the door lock. It took more than an hour which was impacting our plan. We experienced a poor support from the office staff on this matter.

My daughter and I popped to New York for a short break, it was in a good location close to the local subway, breakfast served at the perfect time,not too early, the room was clean and just the perfect temperature ,would definitely recommend.

I could not figure how to handle wand shower. We had a handicap bathroom but did not request it. Lemon water and popcorn were always empty in the lobby. Front desk and shuttle staff were always friendly. Breakfast was nice. Rooms clean.

the rooms were nice for the area. staff was nice and helpful. their breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The room is not very sound proof from the door and the windows.

We spent 4 nights in a 2-queen bedroom. We also used their pack-n-play for our baby. We had a great stay. Super helpful staff, great costumer service even in the busy season. Would stay again.
