The hotel is well-located, with helpful staff. The room was comfortable; the mattresses were amazing! The room could have been a bit cleaner, and it wasn't fully stocked with towels and soap when we checked in. However, overall, it was fine. Also, the check-in line was 40 minutes long--which is a lot at 9 pm! The room was quiet, though.

They let us check in around 11 Pm so you can imagine how terrible they are. don’t stay in this hotel.

The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There were however very long wait times for basic things like checking in and breakfast. The elevators were very dated and not efficient. Waited for about 15 minutes for an elevator to take me from the 18th floor to the lobby.

It’s an older property and the room was not cleaned properly. My daughter had to come in and clean. The elevator was not working for a portion of the stay- the keypad was not working. Would not stay again.

Room was clean, just a bit on the older looking- very rustic but nice room. We were upgraded to the 39th floor. Housekeeping was lovely.

The hotel is a bit old. They have a huge problem with elevators. We had to wait for up to 10 minutes to take one to go to the lobby, that was very frustrating. Location is perfect.

The room were nice and clean but I’m a petite woman and I had a hard time to climb in bed every night !
