You never know what to expect when staying in an airport hotel but I was incredibly impressed with my experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of great amenities and the in room dining did not disappoint.

Great efficient airport shuttle service, comfy beds, quiet. Staff is friendly and the gym is well-appointed. Would definitely return for stays before / after JFK flights.

Friendly staff I found it confusing to get there I assumed it was at the airport so didn’t realise I needed to get the air train then shuttle bus.

We had a wonderful night in your beautiful hotel. Restaurant was excellent. Justin was our server. He was fantastic. Shuttle to JFK very quick and efficient. Great place. You have all done an amazing job!

Great staff!! Everyone was very accommodating. The shuttle bus to the airport was helpful to get us to our gate in a timely manner.
