Comfort Inn JFK Airport

Room itself was clean and comfortable. However the parking and the fact that the hotel is in the center of sanitation dept was horrible. If you are using shuttle to and from airport. Then it okay.

The staff was really great. The location is very convenient and the bar was nice but after that is goes south. Planes fly right over and it literally iis across the street from a construction/rock business. I’m sorry but even though you are in New York the cost is questionable.

Was a good place and quick access to jfk. Breakfast was good too. Rooms are smaller though and tight.

If you need a JFK airport hotel, the Comfort Inn is definitely a good choice. In my experience, the shuttle service was great, and the room was clean and quiet. The early breakfast was much appreciated. Thank you so much. I’ll book again whenever I have to meet family at JFK. I’d flown from Denver, and was thankful to be able to rest and continue with my plans for the next day.

Very convenient to JFK with Shuttle Transfer. Book the Night before!

We liked being able to order food and drinks in a casual bar. The breakfast bar had several choices. The staff was friendly and very professional. The room was clean and the bathroom was very up to date. We would stay there again.

First of all, there’s no Airport pick up, you have to take the skytrain to the end of the line get off and walk outside for a couple minutes to get to the place where the Shuttle bus picks you up!! VERY INCONVENIENT Then, we got there at about 11:30 AM and check-in was not until 3 PM. They had available rooms but you would have to pay extra which I’ve never had to do before! There is no pool! There is not one restaurant where you can walk and get something to eat!!!!! All the restaurants to get something to eat at where at least $12 each way by Uber!!!!!! We finally were let in our room at 3 PM. We ordered Chinese food to be delivered. We had a flight out at 11 in the morning so we left in the morning. I would never stay in this hotel again!!!!

Desk staff told me it was ok to park on the street and I woke up to find a parking ticket. Management refused to compensate me.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist offered a positive experience. My only critique is that the airport shuttle service does not begin until 5:00 AM. Travelers with very early flights should plan accordingly, as we needed to arrange an Uber for a 4:00 AM pickup to make our 6:30 AM flight. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not diminish the overall quality of our stay. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with great accommodations and helpful staff. I would stay again and would recommend it to others, especially those who do not have extremely early departure times.

One of better JFK hotels

Close to JFK. Not outrageously expensive. Free shuttle is a big plus. Beds were very comfy.
