Bedroom and bathroom were both clean and overall had a comfortable stay. The bed frame could have been wiped down. The WiFi connection wasn’t great.

The price was relatively okay compared to other hotels around. The best thing was a buffet breakfast which was decent, The another good point was it's close proximity to Subway Station that helped us go around New York City. The hotel was just next to street and at night it might get quiet noisy. Even with all windows closed the noise from outside was quiet loud

Good selection of food at breakfast - very near train station easy to access - quiet at night - free coffee/hot chocolate all day Reception Staff could be friendlier - small area for breakfast always found a seat but sometimes with other diners or at a computer desk in the corner - boxes left on vacant tables when busy so would be useful for things like this to be moved

Wood floors. Comfortable king size bed for 2 people. Our room was close to the elevator. Housekeeping service was slow doing minimal like emptying trash.

Check in easy and overnight staff arranged transportation to the airport for a reasonable rate.

Located near 8th Ave (In Brooklyn's Chinatown) and great Puebla-area Mexican food, as well. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. Staff was pleasant & helpful (even by email before arrival). Room and public areas were very clean & well maintained. Quite a good breakfast, too, with a nice variety of hot and cold items. Oh...and 24hr coffee in the lobby! Really, just minor stuff: No way to pay for late check out (although one extra hour was free). Not much room for luggage in the lobby, especially when there are many guests going to the cruise port. Also, the USB outlets in the room didn't work. Not the hotel's fault, but parking is an issue, as others have mentioned. $33+ for a car and $41+ for a minivan is extortion, but the parking is right next door and the staff were nice, at least. ? (And FYI, street parking is pretty much a non-starter!)

Was very clean, comfortable. The a/c did not work properly. The street noise and sirens all night were very loud.
