The breakfast was cold items and a waffle maker that's it. You need to walk down stairs to get to the lobby and the one ice machine and breakfast area are in the basement. The room was ok for the price. When the door was shut you could see the light and a bit into the hall. The room had some preexisting damage and the charging ports on the night side tables did not work. The stay was not bad but definitely was exactly what I paid for.

No lights next to bed. Just very bright single over head.

Good place to stay very clean had a good day other than they didn't get the delivery for the syrup for the waffles in the morning other than that everything was very good I would stay there again

Very small room but that is the NY experience. Breakfast room was a little hard to find on the basement level and was OK. You have to climb downstairs to enter the hotel, which is a little tough to do with bags.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. Breakfast was a plus.

I requested a high level ( floor) they said they don’t have and have only in first floor!, and somebody came after me and they gave him on 3rd floor!!!

No parking. Had to park on the street. Unsafe area. Too expensive for area

The room was not that clean. It was very tiny, barely any room to walk around the bed we ended up leaving and not even staying and hopefully we can get our money back

Went to stay in brooklyn, wasn’t looking for something special. This place calls itself an inn but it’s more like a motel. You can hear everything that goes on outside the room even from the room next to us. You hear other people showers running and what they were watching on their tv. A lot of stains on the walls and quite dusty. Our first room was awful the bathroom had mildew around the cracks. We asked front service to give us at least a partial refund so we could go elsewhere and they did not want to. Then we asked for another room that was half decent at least and the front desk kept lying saying there were no other rooms available. They eventually changed our room after I told them about their lies of room availabilities. Overall would never go back, no parking what so ever either.

This is a very basic but clean hotel with a basic breakfast included. Very pleasant. In a very quiet neighbourhood. Very happy.

How clean the rooms are , bed and pillow. The location , entrance to Lobby. It felt like a bunker . To many stairs to get down to the lobby with luggage.

Overall, the hotel was decent and met my basic expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the TV situation in the room. The room has a Smart TV, but guests are only allowed to watch local channels. Apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services are completely unavailable. The hotel replaced the original TV remotes with limited-function remotes that do not allow guests to access any of the Smart TV features. When I went to the front desk and asked how to use YouTube on the TV, I was told that guests are not allowed to watch anything except local channels because it is the hotel’s policy. This is especially inconvenient for international travelers who may not speak English well enough to enjoy local television. I was also unable to play cartoons for my child, which was very disappointing. In today’s world, most travelers expect to be able to use basic Smart TV features, especially when those features are already built into the television.

I liked the breakfast and the size of the room. There was no bedside lamp. The hotel building and area is not very inviting. It could use some plants or flowers to make it more cozy. The TV advertised Netflix, but it wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't use it.
