Quiet neighborhood. The staff was always there when we needed them. Patient and helpful. Relaxed and comfortable environment. Thankyou to everyone who was there for us!

The parking was an issue. There weren’t any assigned handicap spots.

Please keep in mind that this is a privately owned hotel/motel. It’s a 2 star hotel for a reason.

There was no hot water in the shower in the room.

Tough location. No parking. 15min walk to industry city. Secure hotel. Lots of rules to ensure a quiet night for guests, which i appreciated

Staff was polite and helped the best they can. Air conditioning was good. The room needed cosmetic touch up but the bigger issue was bathroom. The door was off hinge, so we had to lift to close the door. Then there's the pipe under the sink leaking, which made the floor slippery and unsanitary. The website advertised breakfast, but there were none and the staff argued they posted that on the website. I checked twice afterwards and it still says "free breakfast and to go breakfast". The elevator was not great, the door sensor kept shorting. Overall, I felt like I was in a motel and not a hotel. My expectations would have been different if it were.
