Very easy check-in and out. Staff was friendly. Will be booking again. Room was clean & bed comfortable.

Windows open and hvac great Maintenance mediocre. No sink stopper. Tub diverter sends most water into tub not shower. Breakfast bare bones. Elevator damaged flooring. Lots or marring/scuffs on public areas No microwave or fridge. One in party had room door not locking properly Cheap and it shows

The flooring in the elevator needs to be replaced

Good hotel to stay at with family. Cribs are offered for free for infants/toddlers. Breakfast is simple but free, and coffee and tea is available for free all day at the lobby. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

If you just need a bed to sleep it serves. I wouldn’t stay here again. No hairdryer as advertised, but front desk found working one on 2nd try. Deadbolt broken on room door (concerning). Fridge leg broken so it wobbled and was very dented on top. Hotel in general shows wear and tear (scratched paint on walls, older carpet). Desk chair is like one of those chairs at a conference room that stacks. No usb outlets or enough outlets to charge phones and still have clock plugged in. TV very small and up in the corner on top of the cupboard. No desk lamps, and lights on motion detection (I assume to save energy, but if you wanted a light on at night you had to either leave on the bathroom one or really bright ceiling lights. In the shower it had soap on the wall (which I like more than those little travel ones you used to get), but it was on the wall outside of the shower. So you had to reach out, dripping wet to get the soap. Also, no conditioner, just conditioning shampoo. If you’re a woman with long hair that doesn’t work. Just had a sketchy vibe about it. If it hadn’t been late and my husband was exhausted from driving, I would have left.

The toilet made a screeching sound every time it’s used and remained doing so all night.. other than that everything was good.
-
Good location but don’t rely on the lame breakfast
-
Very basic but nice staff & local.
-
It was off the freeway, but quiet. Room was small but otherwise fine
-
Five stars all around. Thank you Microtel staff for a great stay! I’ll try the studio suite on my next visit.

-

staff not helpful

The hotel was close to the event we were attending The room seemed dirty, the electrical outlets were weak and didn’t hold plug ins I needed to use, the light at the door kept coming on for no reason throughout the night, the other guests were super noisy and disrespectful in the hallway near our room, the coffee maker was dirty and gross.

Continental breakfast options were poor. Beds were uncomfortable.
