Hampton Inn Morgan Hill

From the moment we got to our booking to the moment we left staff, breakfast, room was far more than expected. We loved our stay.

The hotel was very clean.The breakfast was really good.I would stay there again very friendly , very nice place.

Room is clean and staff is nice

Water pressure so low it was difficult to take a shower. Why always use absolutely the cheapest shower heads that then don’t work. The water pressure is fine coming from the bottom faucet but once you turn on the shower heads almost no water comes out. I just want to be clean.

The breakfast was subpar. The king mattress was on a queen frame, so the sides were not supported. No individual shampoo, condition or soap. All was in dispensers in shower that anyone could open and dump anything into. The tub didn't drain so when you showered you stood in 3 inches of water. This was a handicapped room! Totally unsafe getting into shower. Handicapped rooms should not have showers that you have to step over tub side to use.

Everything was great. We stayed for a tournament weekend close to the fields pretty quiet once quiet hours kicked in.

I had an excellent day at the Hampton Inn in Morgan Hill. The best part was the staff. Lauren, and all of the other staff members, went out of their way to be helpful and considerate. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The fitness center was excellent, including a peloton bike, which was one of the main reasons I stayed here. Lauren also helped me get set up in the lobby at a table with outlets to work into the afternoon after checking out of my room and before the meeting, that was the reason for my stay. The breakfast included a wide array of food and, although the eggs and sausage were previously frozen, they were still tasty and they also had a waffle maker, with berries and whipped cream, as well as lots of toppings for the fresh oatmeal. Lots of pastries, great coffee, and extensive tea selection. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Great location, comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was good. The toilet flush was weak, slow to empty.

The pool and surrounding area was covered in bird waste. The water and areas wasn’t very nice to sit in. A bit of a clean up and it would have been great.

Proposal for first or second floor would be helpful. Even if additional cost for the traveler. As a single senior, being on the first floor in a sparsely populated area was not entirely comfortable

The Hampton Inn overall was really nice, the room was very clean, and the grounds were impressivelly kept up. The only negative was the lack of healthier choices for breakfast... at least a better selectuon of fresher fruit.

The facilities were all clean and great including the gym area. The pool was much smaller than the pictures LED on. However it was not a big deal for us we were not really there for the pool. The only thing that could really make this hotel better is having charging stations for cars in the parking lot. Otherwise it was clean it was quiet and the breakfast was small but good!

Overall a pleasant stay Breakfast could be a little bit better. The protein selections could be improved and better quality.
