Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Montgomery E - Eastchase by IHG

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We enjoyed the shopping and dining within close proximity. We swam at the pool, made friends, and were well taken care of. The staff were so friendly. They were so wonderful and attentive to my daughter. The manager, and all the staff that worked up front were awesome. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the cleaning staff, they work so hard, and are seriously the most wonderful people. We will definetly be back soon! Thank you all again.

The location is perfect, close to many shopping areas, restaurants, and expressways. Room was very spacious and comfortable, with the room being clean. Our only regret was that there was not a microwave oven in the room. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

The breakfast was great during my stay. I want to say her name was Jennifer or Stephanie (not sure, she was the cook) but her service was spot on. Jalisa did a good job with my room and 5 stars for Tameka at the desk. Great customer service and she kept that front end clean. I somehow always knew when she was about to mop. I will be staying at your hotel again, next visit. Thanks.

It was okay. Not like your usual Holiday Inn. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, and 2 other people waiting, because they needed towels. It took the guy 5 times, before he gave me a key to open a door to a room. I had to go down three times to the front desk, then the front desk guy had to go up 2x while I waited in the hall, until he final for a key to ooen a door. The guy gave me a suite for my troubles. The next morning the breakfast lady was very nice and the food was good.

Everyone was extremely helpful, very accommodating. Put up with some road craky ladies. Highly recommend
