We booked a room approximately a month before our stay.i called the hotel the day of check in and was told they oversold the property and I no longer had a room/reservation. My family of five was left without a reservation or room at candlewood

They didn't have any regular coffee and it to 3 shifts to figure out to call another hotel for coffee. It was too late but I fine that to br unacceptable after paying over $250 for a hotel room.

I loved the heart felt welcome the front desk gave upon our arrival and sincere goodbye at check out. Professional in every way. Front desk staff smiled and was very engaging. Room was cleaned, accommodating of our needs; from the refrigerator down to the stove/pots. The walk-in shower was a PLUS. Especially the variety of body/hair care provided inside the shower. We loved it so much. N/A

The POWER IN THE ROOM KEPT CUTTING OFF! NO maintenance person was on duty to fix the issue of the POWER CUTTING OFF. The STAFF expected me to turn the power back on through a faulty circuit breaker! A very awful experience and stay at this hotel!

N/A I didn’t get the room I booked. I booked a queen bed, but when I entered the room it was two queens. I wasn’t aware beforehand just sorta of a surprise when I walked in. The ac was leaking so the floor was wet by the second bed next to the window.
