Bathroom needed work. There was no exhaust fan. The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom - needed to be replaced. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The breakfast was very good, had lots of variety. The staff was very professional and efficient. Handicap parking was plentiful and located near the front lobby.

My room was very clean, the staff was very nice, breakfast was okay but I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave like it said when I made my reservation and it also stated there was a pool on the property but it has been closed in so that was disappointing for my downtime.

Awesome stay!! Clean and spacious room. Amenities were perfect for us. Access to shopping and restaurants was great!!

Check in girl was very nice. Terrible breakfast, didn’t even have the strawberry cream cheese in a chilled container. It was definitely out of temperature and I should have called health dept. Didn’t even have regular cream cheese or eggs or and meat. Nothing cooked, just looked like a lazy staff that didn’t want to have to prep anything. Trash was full and all the tables were dirty.

Clean room great staff. Conveniently located,safe parking. Comfortable bed and pillows and nice bath/ hot water. Room smelled clean! Lots of food choices close by.

The hotel was close to everything, restaurants, shopping, interstate, etc. The shower could have been a little more clean, but overall, the stay was 10/10. I didn't really interact with the staff, but they always greeted me with a smile.

I booked a king room and was placed in a double queen. Wanted to wash my hands, opened the box with the soap bar and had to throw it away… it was wet and had obviously been used and replaced into the box.

The property was very clean I didn’t like that they didn’t have a swimming pool

The original room we were in the door did not latch. When brought up to the clerk she quickly changed our room but laughed and said yeah thay happens alot. The elevator shook and freaked so bad and half the time the door to the elevator did not shut properly.

The room was very comfortable, including the bed, pillows and ac. And at night it was blissfully quiet. The staff was very friendly.

Extremely disappointed in breakfast. Expected a staff to cook. Husband is gluten intolerant and he couldn't eat except boiled egg (not sure how long been exposed) or fruit. Poor selection. Bagel or muffin. Packaged hot cereal or cold cereal. Juice.

Someone called my room saying the computer crashed and wanted to verify information over the phone. I refused and went to the front desk. The system dis not crash. They said this was the 2nd time it happened since the weekend and no one should be able to call room directly without going through the desk.

I liked everything except the dogs across the hall from me barking at night and woke us up too early in the morning. We weren't comfortable. Two dogs across the hall from me barking at night and early in the morning.

The room was clean , air was good. I didn’t like the shower. It was to dark and damp and tiny. The hallway needed vacuuming. No microwave. Otherwise a good inexpensive place to stay.lots of food places in walking distance. Felt safe!

The breakfast was very light but somewhat healthy. Should have more of offer like holiday inn. The bed was comfy. Bathroom door was jankey. No air ventilation in the bathroom also. The floors I understand are carpet but my son walked barefoot on them for a moment and his feet were very dirty on the bottom. The elevator was kinda messed up too.

Room was clean but smelled musky. Bed was not real comfortable. Shower was the best i have ever used.

The property was in a great location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use more options but it was included and free

Clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating Commodes need to be higher up in size, loved the new shower. Needs hooks on wall to hang towel in shower area
