The hotel was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The room was also very nice however the bed was hard a rock. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The staff, from the cleaning lady all the way to the overnight attendant and the security guys deserve a big shoutout. They make you feel at home no matter where you come from.

The check in was great. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right

Overall really liked the hotel and the location! Parking was so easy, the staff was very attentive and helpful. I would say the room was a bit small so I would not recommend for very big groups but, overall very great and I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly. The housekeepers always kept our room spotless. Hotel convenient to shops, hwy and restaurants

Bathroom clogged twice .

Great location in a quiet golf course setting. It was a very quick stay for me as i used this hotel to cut a morning commute for a class i had. I would do it again, it was comfortable, clean the coffee maker was a plus also there are microwaves in the room, wish i had paid more attention to that ! there is a bar downstairs and a cafe. A very good experiance.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly I had to adjust the setting most likely needs new components. Our remote was missing we had to walk to counter the phone to call out wasn’t working. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Stains on the side of the bed frame. Pillow weren’t comfortable and didn’t have extras in the room. Noise get pretty loud walls are thin. Found air conditioner filters outside of it.

A lot of surfaces to place our items, enough space for 2 adults and 1 dog. The place is not noisy and great golf view. We also like the backyard where we can relax, and good loop to walk a dog None

Right on the golf course. Beautiful! Room had fridge and microwave and huge tv. Bed very comfortable. Color scheme in room - blue and green - seemed dark and dated. Shower was boiling hot. Hard to figure out the double handle temp controls.

Hotel was nicely laid out, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I couldn’t believe that of all the hotels that I have stayed at in the last five years you don’t offer free breakfast. Not even the continental breakfast with orange juice and a muffin. Wound up having to pay for having breakfast when the Hilton to write down the street offered free breakfast for their guests. If I come back to Montebello, I will not be staying at the Hilton Gardens just based on that. Even bargain hotels give you a continental breakfast. Also, they had a bar, but you had to wait for certain hours for them to open. Sometimes that doesn’t work for most folks. also, my bed was too soft. It needs to be replaced.
