The breakfast was horrible. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor.

The male at check in was very nice! I didn’t catch his name. But the heavy set lady who came on after him was not friendly! Not nice! And rude!

I traveled with my family and our pet! We really enjoyed the amenities, the hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was so good! We will definitely come back!

Love this hotel from the friendly staff to the amenities. The only thing I wish was a little better was the breakfast area. It gets really crowded in there & it's hard for my mom in a wheelchair to get in there.

The best hotel !

Loved our stay here. Unfortunately the wind kept blowing toxic smoke from the nearby Boyle height warehouse fire. We had to turn off our AC because the smoke invaded the entire hotel. They offered to spray our room with febreeze and even offered free masks. Breakfast was very good. And the views were so pretty! Also great location no noises or homeless wondering around.

Large rooms were an added plus. We didn’t feel cramped at all.

Room was worn, needed updating. Sofabed uncomfortable and thin mattress. The beds small for queens, and not as plush as hilton beds usually are, almost like a full. Bathtub creeks, toilet moves when sitting. Breakfast was decent but the same everyday. Rubbery eggs, diluted juices, bare minimum and ive stayed in a lot of hiltons. Coffee was good. Free parking. Nice views of a golf course.

The lady making the waffles at breakfast station refused to make 3 waffles because it was 8:40am and breakfast was until 9am. Also, I have a charged on my credit card that I still don't know what it's for.

Extremely clean property, good breakfast, all day/night coffee available. staff was very courteous but my experience post checkout was not as great. I reviewed my invoice and saw a late departure charge of $75. I was authorized a late checkout at no charge but upon calling the hotel, the staff mentioned that the keys were submitted later than the authorized time which wasn't true since the keys were left in the room as the cleaning crew was already there. I was put on a brief hold by the staff and then disconnected the call. I tried calling again but no one answered. I am also a Hilton honor member and this kind of service was definitely not at all expected. I would reconsider my decision to stay at a Hilton property for future trips.

Breakfast was awesome. Parking was limited, i had to park on the street one night. The property was very clean!!! I would stay here again.

The only thing that i can advise for the property owners is to make the sink fault for the bathroom to pour less water and the shower head to pour more water with more water pressure
