Everhing was good except there were noisy in the room up…

Front desk staff was great. Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Shower items were not restocked upon initial check in.

The room was ok, the bad room was so small. It was not aligned with the price I paid

A very average hotel but the best thing about it is the breakfast. That’s very, very good. But the area isn’t wonderful and it has a very “lived in” feel - a little worn down. The room was so tiny. Two people can’t fit in the bathroom unless one is in the shower and there’s no space to walk in the room itself. The lady at check-in was so rude. But the man at check-out was very kind.

Location, cleanliness. Advertised as having a restaurant but it does not have a restaurant.

The parking garage always had spots available. Breakfast was included. The hotel seemed clean. We had minimal interactions with the staff, but each time was a pleasant experience. The hot water in the shower didn't work- the pressure only allowed cold to slightly warm temps through the shower head, but the hot water worked on the bath setting. We didn't realize until returning late at night on the first day and were too exhausted after a beach day to bother asking to switch rooms, so we dealt with the showers of warm-ish water at low pressure.

Average. Price high for the quality

The receptionist suggested it might be due to the air conditioning and said she would notify maintenance to change the filter—hopefully, that helped with the smell. I don't know if they actually checked it; we just had to put up with the bad odor. On top of that, it is impossible to sleep in this place. We were on the ground floor and could hear people in the hallway, the guests in the next room, and anyone walking on the floor above.

Room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The gym was nice too. Located in a safe quiet area

Check out staff was excellent!

Breakfast was good more variety needed. Needs a little update looks a little outdated but it was comfortable.
