Worst bed in a room I've ever been in. No phone, no TV remote, no toilet paper. And I still haven't received my refund.

I was reservation for 2 nights and didn’t clean leaning or sheets bed. And wasn’t clean bedroom.

Lady at the front desk was kind. Room service was kind. Room was clean and AC worked perfectly.

2 night stay, Staff was friendly, very quick interaction. The parking lot is small, maybe 12 stalls. Rooms are clean and equipped with the basics. You do hear traffic and sirens sometimes at night. There’s a harbor freight and Denny’s right across the street. Decent stay just nothing fancy or super nice about it. Easy access to the freeway and the outlets right across maybe 5-8 minutes away.

Was terrible the others guess

We showed up rooms didn’t look nothing like pictures very run down, elevator didn’t work so was then given a room on first floor and room wasn’t ready and it was 3:45 pm. Housekeeping had just started. There was broken down furniture inside room. We were very unsatisfied I had to call to get my refund. The manager tried to accommodate after the fact I was calling for my refund with a room that was renovated and with a jacuzzi in it, but there was no closet for us to hang up our clothes. Honestly it looked like a run down motel definitely not a hotel. The sheets and top blanket didn’t even look like they use soap at all to wash them. I’m so glad we left. I’m not a picky person but that was bad.

Like The rooms were clean There was a working microwave and mini fridge. Hotel was close to event. It was affordable. People were nice Not enough parking spaces. (45 rooms, 17 spaces) TV Remote was handed out from office. Only one room card issued, PERIOD. Elevators were dirty and creepy. Large unconnected wire hanging out of hotel room wall. Only a sheet and thin cover on bed...no extra pillows or blankets. Smoke detector removed. One 3 PC towel set for 3 occupants. Charge for community ice bucket .50c

Nothing it's a fraud I didn't like that they stole my money and I didn't have room that was suitable for me . All the rooms don't work . I will never book with booking.com agi

Heater didn’t work. TV would turn on. Parking difficult in a larger vehicle. Too pricey. Friendly, helpful staff, helped get TV working through different remotes and eventually switching rooms.

The other guest didn't quite down until after 2 AM. The internet and TV were not working. And I woke up to an ant infestation in the bathroom.

I don't blame the hotel much for any noise because the location is next to a freeway, but it seems like that the doors are not that well insulated as there was a visible gap under the door and I dont know about the windows. The entrance to drive in is very narrow and an exit and entrance. Its nice that they provide fridges the rooms. But they are not properly maintenanced. They did not have an auto defroster built in so there was huge ice build up. I unplugged it for them to defrost it. I had put a small towel in there to catch water, but it wasn't enough so some water spilled (this is important). Even then, not too bothered. Beds are pretty comfortable and seem clean. What really got to me is that I had booked this for 3 people, but the room only had 2 full sized towels. The third ended up making other arrangements, but i went and asked for more towels anyway to clean up the spilt water. When I asked, she told me only 2 people were supposed to be in there. After some back and forth about needing the towels to clean up spilled water she finally gave me some (small) towels. Only issue I've had so far.
