Loved the room and how they decorated for my friends birthday

The bar was a great attraction and popular location for others.

Hotel is ideally suited for Ocean Drive being one street behind. Rooms are good sized and clean/comfortable. Sola bar/restaurant good. Roof top pool adequate and not too busy. Felt safe and secure, clean and tidy and as mentioned super handy location. CVS and bike /scooter hire shops nearby. £25 /30 mins max in uber from Airport.

I liked everything about it. Not that luxurious but a great convenient place to stay. Definitely staying again..

Room was clean and nice interior view

The staff is super helpful and friendly. And the hotel is located in such a convenient area. You are easily able to run out and get necessities. You may have forgotten. You are close to good places to eat in the beach.

it was ok for a one night stay.

The location was great but the rooms were small.

The staff was exceptional. There was a problem with the AC in the room , the staff came quickly to address the problem. When it was deemed out of immediate control , they put us up n another room until the next morning. Apologies came with a btl of wine n a refund of the hotel fees. I was grateful. The hotel was clean . I was very happy n would visit again . I recommend this Hotter.

So let me say the hotel was nice, however I will give run down of the negative. You have absolutely NO WAY TO CONTACT THE HOTEL. The number on the website just rings to a voicemail. Secondly, they recommend the Sola restaurant adjacent to the hotel. My husband and I visited the restaurant they charged my husband card for 200 dollars mind you we only got 4 tacos that was 20 dollars so the receipt that my husband signed was for that 20 dollars. When we returned home he had a charge for 200 dollars and we couldn't figure out why. Obviously, the waiter gave himself a $200 tip. I called and spoke with a manger who did not speak english so someone translated for her. And she stated rhat she would take care of it. However, she did not so we are in the process of filing a lawsuit. And just a fyi we are black. Take it how you want to.

Always a great time

Upon entering, the staff were nice and helpful. The elevator to get up to our room was sketchy with an expired/Outdated service check according to the sticker on the wall. Felt like it was going to get stuck every time we used it. Room was clean and quite big. The balcony was also nice and got direct sunlight in the morning hours. The only weird thing about the room was that the sink was on the outside of the bathroom which made getting ready in the morning difficult without disturbing my partner. The only way to get ice or water is from the bar which doesn’t open until 9 or 10 am. Ice buckets in the room but no ice machine and no way to refill a water bottle, so prepare for that. The rooftop pool was nice with its own bar, but then they shut it down for maintenance for two days. Restaurant had good food and the staff and atmosphere there was very nice. Close and walkable to ocean drive and the beach. Collins ave is a hotspot for partying and loud music, etc.

The stay was enjoyable, and the room was nice. We enjoyed the food, and the breakfast was really good.

Clean room, staff was nice, loved the bar. Cold air but the bed I was in need new mattress. Other than that, it’s great place to stay.
