The bed sheets were dirty with make up and dirt or hope it was dirt. Location was the reason we booked, pool w/ DJ and no kids

Great place to stay.

Room was great once we actually found it. Once I arrived I was just told it was in the 4th floor. Only saw one sign stating the room was on the 4th floor and didn’t say which direction it was or which side. I went downstairs and spoke with the front door agent that checked us in and he didn’t even know where the room was. Made us go back up and go on the scavenger hunt to find the room.

Looks like an insane asylum or old hospital. The property needs work. Sheets weren't the cleanest. I felt like the mattress was caving in. Noone at the front desk for an evening. We had to knock on a make shift empliyee only door. Was ignored until we said hello...Noone is at the front desk. There were other people waiting too. The men had to use a walkie talkie to ask where the front desk person was. Towels requested and they were out. To be on Ocean Dr., I expected nicer and a more maintained property. THEN...BEWARE ON EXTRA FEES/TAXES ON THE RESORT FEES. I couldn't get a copy of my final bill printed as the night auditor said there was a report printing. We had to get to the airport. When I asked to be emailed, he said he would. WhenI received the final bill is when I noticed the discrepancy between the Total cost on expedia.com and this Motel. Book if you want.

Although I love the music playing, the bass was so strong that everything in the room was rattling. It’s definitely an adult, party hotel..

The colors the staff and how fast they responded to things especially the manager I think his name was hector. He worked so hard to help us New York girls out making sure we got to watch the nba game I didn’t like the TVs we’re working in 2 of my friends rooms and it was taking way to long to fix

Street closed on Ocean Drive due to world cup

Everyone in housekeeping were amazing, great attitude. They provided all the necessities that we asked for with no hesitation(we dont get our rooms cleaned every day since we are out and about) The room: Very small, with tiny closet, safe, ironing board, large mirror and hairdryer, limited/non-existing space for anything. The crooked small TV with dangling cables on the wall was unexpected! The tiled floors needed some TLC, very dirty and sticky, specially in the bathroom (I always clean and disinfect everything we touch...sad habit) The bathroom was a surprise, I thought it was a closet, hence the closet doors. No privacy, thankfully my husband and I are very comfortable with each other. The AC was either really cold or hot and humid, no in between. The mattress unfortunately was my biggest disappointment, I usually get amazing rest even if we sleep for 3hrs at the hotels when we travel. I'm not sure if the mattress was just old and very used, but they were super soft with no support, like sleeping on a bean bag! The tiny pool is in direct site of dinning and dancing area. Overall, we make the best out of our trips and have fun, unfortunately we were celebrating my birthday.

Be aware there are no fridges in any of the rooms which was not ideal and it was very hot outside and our room did not stay cold. The hallway was freezing but our room was cool at best. Also there are no drawers to put your clothes

I booked the rockstar suite with a balcony and the experience was terrible. It was right above the stage and the music played everyday from 10 am to 2 am. The entire room vibrated from the base of the music. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and there was no full size mirror in the entire "suite". I would not recommend it, and did not have a restful or relaxing time.

Had an excellent stay. Loved the balcony room. If we were too tired to party downstairs we hung out on balcony listening to music and watching everyone. And love how adults only not any crazy kids running around. All staff we dealt with were extremely kind and helpful

The location was great The picture are alittle miss leading on how it really is . If you’re looking for a chill time don’t go here it’s a popping bottles and open pool to the public type of place . Pool sucks super small seating sucks

The front desk staff, specifically Michelle, and also the lovely woman when we check out on 0602 at 11am were just amazing...thoughtful, friendly, accommodating, just kind people, something to be grateful for these days in your staff!! Also the bartenders were top notch as well as the weekend MC!! Same with them, just great humans and made our stay fun and memorable. Beds super comfy. AC had a super hard time keeping up and was only beginning of summer and cloudy. By 1030am already couldn't keep up with even 72. Shower was great! Anytime anything was needed it was brought to us promptly and without question. Felt safe and happy and everything was in walking distance! Definitely will be back!!

Good safe police presence. Nice view from room to see Air Show at the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff. We love the loud music deep into the night, so that was no bother. Close to everything. CVS drug store 2 blocks away. We saved on parking by pre-booking parking approx 5 blocks inland. We used Clevelander bikes to drive down to the beautiful seawall at the point. We also enjoyed the famous "Time Clock" almost right across the street. The beach accommodations with chairs and towels is a few blocks walk, but it was ok. The food was better than most. We will definitely be going back to Clevelander.

Location was great! Staff weren’t very attentive. We arrived and no one was at the desk. When she finally arrived, there was no customer service. No welcome drink offered (which was included) just silence and passed us our room key. The original room had awful noisy air con, so we asked to switch. The second room was basic but ok.
