Talia at the front desk was amazing - so friendly, accommodating, and made my birthday celebration incredible!

Every time we went out the property and Back in the young girls at the front would ask us again if we had a reservation for the restaurant, they had seen us a few times leave and come Bach but continued to ask about it even though we had proved we were staying at the property, real annoying. Valet is real bad, no help at all and took 25mins to bring the car to leave. I would recommend to book the restaurant as that was good but don’t stay at the hotel, it’s not setup for guests and more a tourist attraction.

This was definitely an amazing experience for us! He loves Versace so was a win win for me lol. You will have to remember that you are staying at someone's mansion from the 90's so do not expect the Ritz Carlton. Its humble yet elegant. The staff were amazing and made us feel like royalty and family the entire time, from check in to well past check out. Our cruise was a few hours past check out but they treated us the same until the car picked us up for the port, well past that time. Swimming in the Versace pool was amazing and sharing the exclusive time, with breakfast, with the other guests was cool. They have a sister hotel next door where you can swim til 7pm for the later swimmers. As mentioned, book knowing that you are staying in an old mansion and you will have a spectacular time like we did. We will definitely book again and do another room to experience it. If you have an open mind, then hit book now! If you do not, the Ritz or Hilton is calling you, BUT.. just know you will miss a great experience. Life is nothing but memories... so make them GREAT! This was one of the greats that him.and i will not forget!!! Happy and Safe Travels!!!

The property/mansion is amazing. I felt like I was transported back in time. To truly appreciate the Versace Mansion, you need to stay in one of the rooms. They are unbelievable. My bed could have slept 6 people easily, The decor brings you back to the time of Versace. It's incredible. The ceilings, the beautiful showers, the detailed decor is absolutely stunning. When the sun shines through the stain glass windows, it's a beauty and peace to experience. Each room is unique. The restaurant is great. The food and service is very good. We were treated like royalty... I especially want to thank Fiama and Luis who made our check in and check out very smooth. Fiama ordered champagne for our dinner which was a very nice surprise. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. We definitely will be coming back very soon. Thank you

Amazing place to stay, and the staff are all wonderful!

Talia, who checked us in, was really nice. She was so nice at showing us a number of suites that we could choose from. Throughout our stay, she was always asking us if there was anything we needed. We will diffintly stay at the Villa Casa Casuarina in the future. It could get a bit noisy at the hotel at night.

We booked for our 5th anniversary, and a complimentary Prosecco offered at check-in never arrived. The next morning we upgraded to the Signature Suite, where we found a dead cockroach by the nightstand and old debris in the bench tufts. Housekeeping cleaned quickly, but we waited 23 min in the lobby with nothing offered. The front desk blamed the cockroach on the weather rather than owning it, and the make-good was the same cheap Prosecco originally promised; at this rate, a Moët or similar champagne would cost little more and land far better. Back upstairs we noticed a stain on the robe, a hair on the towel, and a broken bidet. We didn't bother mentioning them; on a two-night stay, every minute counts. At the pool we were the only guests both days, yet things kept going wrong: missing cushions one day, no chairs the next until I asked, and no drink service either day. Outside, restaurant staff stopped us as if we were walk-ins despite how few hotel guests are on site. The pattern reads like a restaurant and bar first, with the hotel as an afterthought. At a modest rate that would be fine; at this one, the gap defines the review. We'd stay again, but next time we'd be more proactive with staff from the start. At this rate, that shouldn't be the guest's job.
