El Hotel tiene que hacer algo con las llaves digitales de targeta tuve q ir al guest service 4 veces para q me cambiaran la targeta y eso q solo estuve menos de 20 horas en el hotel se descargan muy amenudo ade mas la puerta del 115 no cierra bien

My third time staying at Chelsea love the place. Staff is great great food great environment near the beach and restaurants.

Great location, relatively cheap compared to the area. The hotel needs a refurbishment, the wear is visible. AC was loud and we couldn’t turn it off. Bed was clean, but the floor and the doors were sticking, You can hear everything coming from the streets and the corridor.

Our room didn’t have hot water. Cold showers only! When staff was told they nodded their heads but did nothing … possible language barrier, not sure. Building is old. I love old. But globs of lint and hair on corners of stairs and walk ways. Bathroom had hair from previous occupants. But I love the art deco! Breakfast was fantastic! I recommend the American!
