The Nedia, BW Signature Collection

This hotel and location is convenient to the subway and has clean rooms. Not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about but it was a great stay for me and my group of friends who wanted to enjoy NYC and everything it has to offer!

I really like the hotel, the room, everything good. The only challenge is to find parking. I understand that is general rule in new york in general, but i think the hotel should to make an effort to have few parking places available

Great clean room and hotel. Great walking distance to public transportation.

Had a wonderful stay here. The bathroom and room were clean. Loved that it had cable and we were able to watch live tv. Breakfast was amazing. Food was good. The staff were great too, very kind and efficient.

Staffs were professional especially Mr. Danish and Ms. Shriya were in touch after checking. Breakfast items need to be upgraded. Room was very clean.

Upon checking into my room, I found hair in the bed, on the toilet, and bathroom sink....Thank God I always do a bed check when I go into my room! There were strange stains on the walls, the windowsill, and the bedside table too. I go downstairs and ask for a new room. The front desk agent was not surprised AT ALL. She did not ask what was dirty or wrong with my room. She barely uttered an apology. This, to me, means it is a normal occurrence. So unacceptable. The surrounding neighborhood is not great. I would not stay here again.

We had a constant squeaking sound in our hotel room coming from the vent that woke us up at night.

Although the surrounding area was a little sketchy, the hotel itself felt secure and well-managed.

The pizza shop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was excellent. The best crust I ever had. It was recommended by the front desk. The ladies were extra helpful and friendly.

Booked my stay at Hampton Inn, Long Island City thru Hotels.com. Nowhere was there info about parking. Upon my arrival, I discovered the hotel located in an unsafe neighborhood with no onsite parking. I was told by hotel safe “you must find your own parking space on the street.” Nearest garage was several blocks away so I walked out. I called Hotels.com for a refund. They checked with Hampton Inn and the hotel staff told them I couldn’t get a refund because I had stayed there as planned. That was a bold-faced lie. I have a receipt for the hotel I actually did stay in. I won’t be using Hotels.com again and I sure wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I was so happy with our stay! Room and bathroom were spotless, great shower water pressure. Housekeeping was amazing, making our bed and replacing towels. Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was convenient, but the same food for 4 days we stayed there got boring, they only changed the meat like sausage to bacon. Change it up day by day please. I appreciated they have coffee and hot water available all day. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. I loved they have a water filling station to refill our bottle every day. Subway station Queensbridge was only 10 minute walk to take us into the city, so this was super convenient, although at night this walk can be a bit sketchy.

No parking option and girl who works the breakfast area would stand around like she was security guard l, made you feel uneasy.
