The room was clean.

Solo sirve un elevador y teníamos que aser largas filas para usarlo …. El cuarto no estaba limpio . La. Tina del baño tenía cabellos no se va el agua muy bien y las nightstands cuando prendes la luz se mira lo sucio las marcas de las bebidas y en el piso había envoltura de papel de chocolate no estaba limpio el cuarto .

It took 45 minutes to get to your room and sometimes an hour to get out of your room because of the elevators that place was a joke.I will never go back there.I wish I could get my money back

Called for extra towels and never received them. Ac wasn't too great in our room.

My family and I loved it so much that we're planning to return in a few days and stay at the same casino. We absolutely loved it!

I got room 699 and it’s was not that clean. There were marks on my sheets so I slept on top of the covers, over a towel I laid down. I lifted the bed skirt and there were stains all over the bottom of the mattress. The carpet was ripped and the popcorn ceiling had stains. The bathroom was good and clean except for a stain in front of the sink. They did have a single serve coffee pot and a 45 inch flat screen. The rooms definitely needed updating and even though I was in the no smoking room I could smell smoke coming through the air conditioner vent. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Very very soft and flat. I paid $257 for a 2 night stay in June, in the summer, so the rate is understandable, but they should definitely update the rooms.

It’s looking and smelling a little tired. Zhowever we still enjoyed our stay. Food at restaurants was very good.

Key didn’t work upon return. Went to front desk 3x and got new keys. Established the actual lock was dead. It took them 2 hours to send an engineer to open the door, then we had to change rooms. No maid service, even upon request. Not a good value for the money.

Love it here I just wish all elevators were working on tower side

Room had an awful smell, requested 3 different times to be switched rooms and the problem was never resolved.

Nicer staff

Never saw housekeeping, no valet. Staff I did see were friendly and helpful. Room was adequate, no frills. 😀

Stayed here a couple times before and after remodeling. Excellent Casino and Rooms are clean. Standard rooms are great price and good. Machines might be somewhat tight food place available and affordable close to all the fun

Room had directly sheets. Wet towels in the shower and no hot water for showering since they were almost full. No moving rooms. We just had to deal with the filth and freezing shower water. Air also did not keep up. Unfortunately, Tropicana has declined with deferred maintenance over the past few years

They over charged us and everything was dirty even the silverware so uosettingusually this is my favorite casino to stay at

It was perfect

We just stayed at the Trop over Fathers Day weekend and it was a nightmare. The elevators to the parking garage all broke Saturday night. Sunday morning was nearly impossible to get on an elevator to get your family downstairs.

We found a dirty used bathing suit hanging in our room in the bathroom. Gross. Other than that it’s a decent hotel. Good entertainment. The food is cheap but not edible. Will not recommend.
