Decent place if you’re On A Budget rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and they have a little cute souvenir shop where I found Friday night souvenirs.

Nice place for the price, will definitely stay there again. Plenty of things to do for adults and the kids

The service was outstanding n the personal was amazing n clean room
-
Everything was fine; the only problem we had was that the room was very cold all the time I don’t know why
-
Requested some towels never got them, the check out was at 11:00 am and around 10:00 the cleaner lady came inside the bedroom, they supposed to know when people check out.

Good hotel, great views. Older TV with limited channels but enjoyed what channels it did have. If they could’ve had better softer pillows then I would have no complaints.
-
Very helpful staff, quick to resolve maintenance reports.

La localización está bien El personal de muy mal carácter y muy groseros

Casino is probably the most recently remodeled on the strip and is relatively clean. Has bowling and a couple other activities to keep the kids entertained. Very nice general store. Probably best view of the River if you get a river view room. Much work has been done to upgrade this facility over the last 10 years and it has potential of being nicest facility on the strip. They started remodeling rooms a few years ago, but have a long ways to go. The pool is drained and weeds are growing around it. I’m sure there were a lot of disappointed children who had no pool access in the 100+ degree weather. All restaurants have left the property, so you will have to go elsewhere to get a legitimate meal. Property manager need to get back on track with updating rooms and properly maintaining the property.

looked like to be blood and then when we called for someone to replace the sheets they took the blankets and didn’t bother giving us another one. Another thing is the pool is closed which is ridiculous for having to pay so much money to stay during the summer and there is no pool. Then we went to the bowling alley to get ice cream and the ice cream had a nail in it and they take forever to even do your order. And the key cards stop working, I had to go down to get them fixed like 10 times just to be able to get into my room which was an inconvenience after a long day to have to wait in a long line just to get my key card fix.

For being in this hotel for the first time I can say it was nice

Clogged restroom since minute I walked in room, staff very unhelpful w my situation I wish I could have got a refund right there and then! I would of walked out of that hotel happy with out having to deal w smelly hotel room that had toilet water coming out of sink n shower very unhappy with the stay at this hotel

There was no water in the pool. We were not informed that the pool was not able to be used.
-
It was peaceful but no ice machines in the hotel and got there excited for the pool turns out it’s been closed for remodel for 8 months and it was 100 degrees
