Even through there was a long wait to check in. The front office personal was extremely polite and patience with other rude remarks being made. She treated us well. The room services ladies were great as well. I star this hotel at 5.5

The hotel plays games with the room availability and pricing, so what you see as a good deal on hotels.com is just a lost leader, excess fees or being exiled to outlying rooms are to be expected .

Para ser un hotel barato está bastante bueno lo único malo q me pasó fue q el aire de la habitación estaba haciendo mucho ruido y hablé para q lo arreglaran y ellos me dijeron q estaba trabajando bien y no lo quitaron y la habitación q me dieron no fue la q yo pedí eso fue lo único lo otro está bien y si son latino busquen donde comer porque la comida es pura americana

You get what you pay for. Room was ehhhh, bathroom was also ehhhh. Def would not stay there again.

The staff had amazing personalities and were very helpful. Rooms were great for the price. It was nice to see security there monitoring making sure people were following f the rules which made the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were great the pool, the beach access near the jet ski rentals was very convenient. The bumbleberry cafe has amazing brunch buffet on the weekends and the food is delicious! Had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again for sure. We stayed in a suite that had a bar inside it and our family members stayed in the connected rooom next door and their room was quite nice with a beautiful seating area for socializing. It was nice that both rooms were a little different.

I loved staying here!! It's was so clean and peaceful even when busy. The air conditioner worked well and even tho you can't smoke in the room they provide ash buckets outside every few feet. The casino was very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be staying here again.

It was super crowded but wasn’t a bad experience. It’s great that security walks the halls to detour crowds from me noisy at night.
