Motel 6 Bullhead City, AZ

First room was giving to me with a tv , ac unit, phone that didn’t not work and dirty couches. Not to mention there’s no ice machines on any of the floors . Got moved to a second room with an even dirtier couch and with a tv that had lines in the middle of it … definitely should’ve looked around for something better nothing like the reviews.

Room door would not close or lock! Rooms Need upgrades badly

The maid service was good but the ice machine was still broken worse yet internet and TV was off the whole time. Hotel was full but after it not being repaired by weekend people started leaving. Manager didn't care enough to give refund. He refused to give refund if you booked through Expedia. He didn't care if you left because he said he could book for $200 a night which he found out he couldn't with no TV no ice. It advertised laundry and that hasn't worked forever. The manager is extremely rude especially if you book through Expedia. I got one night out of him because I had them on the phone but told me that's all he's refunding me unless I book directly with him. I would not recommend this motel 6 for anything. I called about TV and said is would be fixed by tonight that's what he's been telling people for the last 5 nights

I should get a refund. The Internet was out. The Wi-Fi was out. The ice machine on the first floor was not working. And the place was sold out so all ice machines were empty. The neighbor next-door had streaming kids and nobody would do anything about it I am not a happy camper.

Clean room. Let's your dogs stay for free as long as they're well behaved. Cant beat the price.

The refrigerator didn't work, nor the TV remote. The staff was informed within 1 hour of check in for a two day stay. They never fixed it. The advertised laundry, pool and vending was all locked. The front desk said it had been for a year. The first floor ice machine was out of order.

I was surprised how nice it was for $99 on a holiday weekend. Good parking close to Laughlin.

My first time staying in a hotel without bedside lighting. Wall outlets were scarce and in weird locations as well. No furniture under the new constructed cabana, or outdoors anywhere. I'd say that only advantage of staying there was no long walk to get to and exit. The place definitely needs some upgrades. Short walk to get to my car.

Clean

This place is ok, for a budget motel. You can tell they remodeled the room at some point in the last decade. But looked like they slapped some paint on old issues, lots of cracked paint. Bathroom was pretty bad, but shower was decently new. You can tell there was a leak at one point but they left the drywall all messed up. Room looked clean. Floors are vinyl (which is a plus) so I went over them with a wet towel and man the floors were dirty. Found 1 cockroach and 1 bug in the 3 nights we were there. Bedspread had a hole. Fridge & microwave were very clean. Room surfaces were clean. Sheets were clean. Woke up with a few bites on my legs but never saw bedbugs. Boat parking was great, tons of room. AC worked great. Not horrible if you want a low budget motel. Im indifferent on wether id stay again or not.

I went to my room and the guy was working on the sink the was clogged.....and then TV not working a guy come to fix and he made worst took the TV off the walls and left on the desk and I was trying to get some rest and they try to fix again and ask then please im resting...

I asked for extra towels , pillows , and blankets and they provided them within the hour. Check in/out was hassle free. Room was clean & upgraded. Everything worked , and AC worked great.
