The Aquarius Casino Resort, BW Premier Collection

Front desk was very courteous. The rooms and the hallways were not vacuumed before we got there and we had to ask 3 times to get out room cleaned. The woman who finally came to clean complained about her job the whole time. When I asked her to change the sheets she made it clear she was unhappy.

Casino, Hotel, and rooms were very nice and comfortable. Ice machine did not work though.

Loved our Riverview room!! Pretty much everything we needed in one hotel. Bellmen and valets were very helpful.

I enjoyed the restaurant and coffee store But in the Room showers no shampoo for 3 days look like not employees refill those bottles Maybe next time can have better experience Thanks

My only complaint is that at the Panda Express fast-food restaurant. There was a long line and there was only 1 employee working covering serving food and the cash register. I believe that was unreasonable both for the employee and the customers!

please done stay here - staff are rude, hotel is dirty.

Clean

Ended up staying in a smoking room being a smoker but problem was they said no pot smoking at all on property that’s where the problem was. Hall ways smelled so bad of it made me sick and also the wife. Seemed management could care less about the smell or them smoking it there. I’ve stayed there a few times but never on a smokers floor will never do that again.

The pool was small and arcade was small too we coulnt go down to the Colorado river from the hotel to swim the casino the slots were fun and the restaurant were good

The rooms are clean, the towels could smell fresher, the keys did demagnetize twice. The valet staff is very helpful and friendly. Bellboy’s were also very helpful. Front desk is not the friendliest. Overall stay was good.

Shower is really bad, it will go hot and cold the whole time. Non stop noise. People fighting, chaos, kids as in non stop. No sleep here. Very expensive for a room with No view at all. We always stay at Riverside but we would like to try Aquarius. Next time we’re going back to Riverside

Spent two nights at the Aquarius with a Riverview room. Had a great view of the Colorado River. My room was large and clean. Staff at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat for the kids.

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.. very outdated.. but the people working the casino floors were definitely on their game.. very nice and always kept a drink in your hand..
