The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't eat at the Prime rib room but went to the Riverview restaurant which was really good especially for the price.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. We brought microwave popcorn for late night snack’s.

Door is heavy & closed on you I Gv a broken arm and was tough to get into room Elevator door closes so quickly , most people miss it I hv bn here for like 2 weeks, Each player card doesnt work, I even keotbitvawsybfrom my cell phone I went 3 times to players club regarding the card, they didn’t ask me, for 2?of the visits, for my home address, phone #, birthday, so how will I get any perks my friend gets? I am here more, spend more $, and hv NO points, because my players card doesn’t work, Bn to the window, will be my 4th time, line is always long, so intend to walk away and would go back another time As I said, bn here approx 2 weeks, I would hv zero points. Housekeeping knocks on your door BEFORE 11am regarding check out. I mean, it’s kind of obsurd they dont knock or 11:01am or right after.? More staff needed at check in and players club window.? Sad, I hv to go , 4 times to be able to put in machine to earn points.

The other was the toilet paper. Bring your own because what Riverside supplies you with is the worst ever..

Also a big disappointment was they replaced Kristy Crunchy Chicken.

Walk ways kinda out dated very good room. No one told us about how to have room cleaned. Cafe was great food. Buffet okay

Clean room, great price, friendly staff.

Our room was clean, the shower pressure and hot water was great and the beds were comfortable, However, while the rooms are non-smoking; the Casino is not. Hence, all the smells that cling to your clothing are transferred to your casino room. If you have a sensitivity to this, you might want to re-think your reservation,

As usual, Don Laughlin hotel and casino was very good overall. However for us, we weren't too happy with the beds (we prefer flat mattresses), both of us felt we'd roll off. Otherwise, the rest of the amenities were great, although a microwave would have been nice. On the other hand, the places to shop and eat are across the river in Bullhead City. Restaurants and eateries are plentiful and very reasonably priced. If you like Indian cuisine, you'll find India Oven on the 95, a couple of miles south of the bridge. It may not look like much, but the food is on par with some of the best we've had Phoenix and all of Vegas. Also in Bullhead, all of the regularly expected stores are available - it's where you go to gas up, and if you need a break from the bells and whistles - maybe go fishing, or rent a jet ski. I rate it a 3.75
