The room we stayed in was not clean, had a mystery spill under the glass on the tv stand, used contact lenses on the bathroom floor and a stain on the sheets. The pool was so full of people we couldn't even go in. Dog poop on several areas of the grass. Horrible overpriced food in the Beach Cafe with bad service. Overall a very dirty establishment.

Refund was promised due to extremely poor stay experience; however they are so overstaffed, no one is accessible to work with Expedia on the refund.

Our room was dirty and had urine on the toilet seat as soon as we walked in. The windows and furniture had dust all over them and we were forced to pay for another room because it was an upgrade

Had only 3 pillows after requesting additional 1 never received,pool closed too early, not enough gambling tables, and beach view on river closed before evening.

The blankets had a horrible smell of sweat, and we couldn't wear them.

Staff was great very attentive and helpful but the rooms are nothing to rave about just a place to lay your head

We stayed in the North Tower, the elevators for us to get up to our room always had at least a 15 minute wait with No stair access. We didn’t utilize the pool or the private beach because it was way too busy for our liking. We probably won’t stay there again, not our vibe, it’s more a party vibe.

We were supposed to have a "newly renovated room" with a Riverview. Our room was ok. There was a paper plate holding the nightstand up so it wasn't wobbly. We had to out tissues to hold the drawers closed. Our Riverview was partial. Most of our view was the parking lot and hills. The beds were ok and it was a roomy room but we most likely will not stay here again. One of the fountains was not working. One bartender was rude to me when I was trying to ask questions. Again dont think we would stay here again. This is more family oriented not for older couples.
