Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and detailed rooms. Hotel is close to rental car return, Wal-Mart, and Indoor Outlet Mall. Planning on staying here again

La lady at the reception was very impolite and did not want to give us the room because of discrepancy between the name on the reservation and the credit card, despite they were husband and wife. She was also bringing some legal implications that of course she does not know at all. I think she hate us because we were foreigners or something similar.

Our room had a weird smell to it.. I believe it was a pet room? Just odd smell.. but we were so exhausted it didn't matter.. left next morning. Breakfast was the usual things for a hotel breakfast. Desk person was very nice.

The room I got was a handicap room. The rooms are nice. The bathroom was so dirty. I found hairs in the tub and sink. The walls in the bathroom next to the sink are nasty. Looks like toothpaste on the wall. Need more to supervise the rooms more detailed. I been working in hotels business for 26 years. I didn’t asked to be move to different room because we check in very late almost mid night. I was tired from my trip.

The overall stay was good except two things, the AC stops working after a while and you have to turn it off for more than 30minutes to work again. Plus I did not like that they only clean the room after 3 days.
