DoubleTree by Hilton Las Vegas Airport

Wish they cleaned the rooms daily. The bathroom light switch was malfunctioning, usually took a few minutes for me to get it turned on. Wish there was a continental breakfast. Other than that everything was great. Above and beyond. Loved the tasty free cookie at check in.

Our stay was excellent The staff were great, friendly. Clean ! I would definitely stay again

It was a good place to sleep before flying out.

Check-in was simple and quick. Room was clean and spacious. Free 24/7 shuttle to the airport is a huge bonus.

You have to pay for parking every night even as a hotel guest who is not using long term parking for airport services.

The property is in definite need of outdoor maintenance. The pool area was not great at all from dirty lounge chairs to lots if debris in the water along either side a deck that needed serious power washing. Staff was great! Shuttle driver was awesome

Breakfast to expensive, parking had to pay for. Pool not even big enough, staff all rude

The staff at this location were exceptional, helpful, friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Ill be staying here again.

The only issue was the dirty sheets left out side of our room over night.

Front check in staff member was not very friendly. Not sure why we needed to pay for parking at this location. Cookies were wonderful and property was very clean. Very small patch of grass for pups which was disappointing.

Walking into the hotel, the lobby smelled amazing. They also had free coffee. The staff were super friendly.

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Keilani was extremely rude. I work in customer service too! And I would never mumble under my breath about a customer who’s right in front of me. She made it seem like it was the end of the world to do her job. Another person was there and he was kinder and was way more kind than her. Simply unprofessional. Also someone had checked us out of our room and it wasn’t us. This was very weird. Other than that we liked it here.

Parking fees were not well communicated and the additional charge was a surprise.

Had a great room!! Very clean!! Was just a little disappointed breakfast was 19. Something per person for breakfast!

Excellent all around and free shuttle to airport. Great value!
