The Staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was helpful and joyous. The breakfast was very good; lots of options and fresh. My room was good but noticed the floor could have been vacuumed a bit more in area between the bed and nightstand. Also, the tv volume in the sitting room was non existent which kind of defeated the point of me booking that type of room. I wanted to sit and watch FIFA games before getting ready for my show in the evening but had to sit on the bed and watch the TV in that room because it had volume. Overall the people made up for the issues with the room; I didn't even bring it up to them since I was only going to be there one night. I would stay again because the overall experience was excellent.

My family really enjoyed our one-night stay. The free breakfast selection was great and the pool was great in the evening after a triple-digit temp day. Our room was very clean and updated, with comfy beds and a huge bathroom. The shower pressure and temp was just right and the staff, especially Amara, were friendly and accomodating.

New bar for ordering food is great idea. Breakfast was excellent. Great new look.

The room was larger than we expected and very clean; the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our unusual reservation. Very friendly front desk and cleaning staff. I would stay here again. A restaurant was advertised but not much selection. It looked to us like they used a restaurant across the street to shuttle food orders over. The food was OK.

Nice silent location. Nice food and good quality. Rude staff behaviour. Arrogant front desk. Mismanaged accounts and lack of communication. Charging wrong amount to customers. Not accepting cash at all.

Online show’s kitchen area very deceiving !It was so small room for one cup, the closet didn’t fit clothes only iron board and iron room had one chair no table!

Hotel tranquilo no hay bulla

Proximity to the airport. Good breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Reading lights next to the bed didn’t work and maintenance people couldn’t fix them.
