Very nice custom service.

Overall, we had a nice stay! The atmosphere was great, and the self-check-in kiosk made the arrival process incredibly fast and easy. The room was nice and clean. My only real complaint is the elevator situation—there were times we had to wait in long lines just to get up to our room, and there were no stairs available to use instead. Checking out via the app at the end was a breeze, though!

On June 28 at 1pm the TV went out of room. I gave it 30 minutes then called front desk for assistance. The AI said they would send someone to check it out. No one ever showed up. I decided to go home. I was enjoying the peace and tranquility of the room. There was lots of sports on to watch so it could be very relaxing. I do have a problem with the $50 extra room charge for the internet/extra services on top of the room rate. That is rip off in my opinion.

I loved our room at the Rio! Beautiful view! The room was beautiful and clean.

Great property. A bit outdated in half of facility but the renovated part is nice.

Unfortunately this Hotel is not the same as before. Terrible place to stay if you want to experience the Vegas scene. Has no type of party options. Restaurant are closed, Voodoo Lounge is closed, they closed the pool at 5pm. Elevators won't work. It really suks because I had so much fun here a couple of years ago. Now is dark and boring. I won't be staying here again.

The room was pretty large and clean. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room, there was a refrigerator but had a sign saying it was a refrigerator and something was in the works for it…. Whatever that means. The worst part about the stay was the elevators. Some were down but the working ones took forever! I’m talking 20 people waiting for like 25 mins to catch an elevator down to the casino floor. We had to take the emergency exit stairs with all our luggage! Some people even got stuck on the elevator! Most of the hallways didn’t have air conditioning either. It was just ok, we were staying bc my daughter had a dance competition otherwise I don’t think I would ever stay there again.

Attempted to check out early during my stay, but there was a severe lack of coordination between the third-party booking system and the Rio front desk. While the hotel staff was willing to process the early departure, the communication loop between the two companies made it impossible to get a proper confirmation. I had to leave the property with the reservation still active and return days later just to formally check out.

The water pressure was horrible for such an expensive hotel. The air conditioning had to be fixed twice in the three days I stayed. The repair guy was very professional. The casino was very average, and the food court had only three places open; the rest were closed. It was a complete waste of money, but Leann, the Jamaican bellboy and the valets were 100%

The elevators were overwhelmed every day. Guests often had to ride up before they could go down because the elevators were so full. On our last day, our two teenage children were trapped in an elevator for 15 minutes. Trying to get help was nearly impossible. We were forced to deal with Rio Rita, the AI assistant, which repeatedly promised assistance but never followed through. After spending over 20 minutes trying to reach a real person, I was transferred between security, the AI system, and an off-site call center, where my call was ultimately disconnected. Housekeeping consistently left only three towels for four guests, and requests for additional towels were ignored. Our room keys also stopped working multiple times, requiring repeated trips to the front desk. The biggest concern was safety. During the elevator issues, there was no practical way to get up or down the building, and if there had been a medical emergency, the delays could have had serious consequences. When we finally spoke with security, we were simply told the elevators “weren’t designed for this.” That is unacceptable for a hotel hosting large events. Most importantly, guests should always have access to a real person when they need assistance.

Buen hotel

Check in had no issues. Food at the eggslut was amazing. Only real issues were the toilet had issues like barely flushed and moved a lot. Casino was great. And the room was clean.
