Sink and faucet are very dirty. Toilet flushing is not working properly.

Check in area was extremely loud. No maps were given to understand the property. Parking was free
-
Nice stay. Smelled good in the casino despite smokers. Did not like open configuration of the shower. Free parking is a definite plus.
-
Beautiful room in the Fantasy tower and very easy to share with a roomie. The fridge was a bummer…it locked our own drinks in it and was never resolved. Great rooftop bar. All the staff was excellent.

Everything is good

The time was decent. Not normally my experience at a five star hotel. Too many employees that were not trying to accommodate, not following through on promises and nickel and diming. Overall, still a beautiful property. Would not recommend for survival occasions, since you can’t trust them to go above and beyond.

I rode my motorcycle from California to Las Vegas, check-in was very fast. The room was super cold, which was awesome, and very clean. I will definitely stay again!!

Was pleasantly surprised with this nice hotel. Never stayed off the strip before but we enjoyed it. Staff was helpful, accommodations were great!

Great location

I usually try not to stereotype places… two words come to mind.. trashy and ghetto… if that’s where you want to blow your money… head to the Palms… I could have found a better place to blow $2300..

Hotel is ok. Some staff were great and attentive, while others made it clear they wanted nothing to do with any request or question. One bartender tried to charge more for same drink I was served by another bartender about 30 minutes prior. Off main strip and when I visited other hotels on the strip, they seemed a bit more welcoming. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
