The elevators were limited. Some days there was 3 that worked. Others there was only 2. This caused lines for people waiting to go upstairs or down.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at all the renovations they were doing. Prior, it wasn’t El Cortez level of dingy, but it was dingy. Now they have a bunch of modern stylings (in the room) and it made it feel like a real hotel aside from the lack of functioning lights and sink. I personally enjoy mid level eateries so if you’re not a fine diner this is the place to be. All their restaurants are only slightly over priced, which in Vegas, is a win! The food court is standard b tier mall food. (Fuddruckers, Sbarro, Baskin Robins, Subway) All which I like so no qualms there, Restaurant wise they have a few different options with their premier one Birch Alder always closed lol Ballywick for burgers, Ondori for mid level Japanese/Chinese food, all reasonably priced. The true saving grace of the Orleans is not how it looks or what there is to eat, it’s the fact they have some of the cheapest tables in all of Vegas and have arguably the best gambling crowd in the city! So many friendly locals who enjoy the off strip pricing make the gambling atmosphere pleasurable and a fun way to spend several hours in a day on their casino floor. I’ll be back!

The Orleans is great! They were struggling keeping high rise elevators functioning during construction which caused long lines. Otherwise my stay was excellent!

Rooms are outdated. Clean, but no USB ports, clogged sink. Otherwise okay

Honestly, I hate writing bad reviews but this one really needs it. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. First day, we couldn’t login to hotel internet and our TV did not work at all. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone, never happened. We called the second day again, to ask for the same service nothing happened they even transferred us to internal tech and they laughed because they were the wrong department. In the 3 nights we received absolutely no housekeeping and the water for showers wouldn’t go down the drain. I requested a refrigerator and was never told we would be charged and I was charged $40. I will never stay here again. I called to advise and “one of the managers” was just like “yep, sorry”. This was my worst hotel experience ever. My kids had a horrible time for our once a year family vacation.

I like the different free parking spots and close to everything

Beautiful updated room at a reasonable price. Enjoyed the slot machines and restaurants. Came here for a concert at T-Mobile Arena and super convenient. Quick taxi drive to and from arena Highly recommend.

All ice machines but one on the 12th floor are not working. Hallways had plastic on the floors and no signs on the walls saying which way your room was. Not happy at all with the conditions.
-
Overall our stay was fine, the air conditioning worked great, room was clean and staff was very friendly.
-
The tub didn’t drain so by the time you were done taking a quick shower you were standing ankle deep in the water. The elevators were constantly broken, there was only one working most of the time so the wait to go to your room or go back down to the casino was long. We waited almost 20 minutes for an elevator when we were leaving today.
-
Room was big with a sitting area so you don’t just have to sit on the beds.
-
The casino is pretty big. Love the music too.

Every time I come to Las Vegas, I stay at the Orleans. It's off the strip. It's fabulous hotel. It's clean. The staff is friendly. There's lots of restaurants at bowling alley a movie theater and the last two times I went was for a graduation that was being held there in the auditorium. Love it.

They have a good poker room

Expedia did not mention that the hotel was under renovations. Construction and the noise went from 8 to 6 every day. Don't count on sleeping in.
-
Always a great stay here. Please bring back the buffet!

Staffs and the cleanliness

I’m very happy with my stay here. The pool was great and the little store prices were fair. I just hated paying $4 for a water lol
-
The room was clean and newly refurbished. There is no microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
