Hotel was perfectly safe
-
the elevators being down was terribly inconvenient
-
The front desk reception team was excellent. I had a minor problem with my room and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with another room. Many thanks to the team and the management.

We booked a room spare the moment. Everything was excellent parking was easy free to show that we went to was excellent. The check-in process was kiosk. It was great all the way around.

Badly outdated! AC never worked had to get a fan delivered! Smelled like cigarettes and marajuana the entire time!!! No one answers the front desk phone. Horrible do not stay here !!! Gross!

Great place

There are some critical issues with the room. First is the availability of power outlets. I could barely find one beside the bed. The second issue is the hot water. The shower had no hot water at all for the first night. I can bear with that but others may not. The third one is that the service lady was extremely rude. She opened the door at 10am without even knocking it! Won't book rio anymore.

More personal for helping us to check in to slow the line .

The hotel is short staffed.
-
Very quiet with plenty to do. Near the strip.
-
Only complaint was we hear a bunch of drilling on Wednesday night ,we were on tje 23 floor
-
Very good

Old and needs upgrades. Missing tiles, showers not working and tub did or drain properly. Sink in restroom didn’t work properly either along with broken night stands. Stay wasn’t terrible just need to update the rooms or at least the room I slept in

Entertainment and amenities not as advertise at all. Lots of things closed. Other things open too late and closed too early. Area where stage is at, NO ENTERTAINMENT AT ALL!!! All they did was play soccer game on screen everyyyyyyyy day all day. Nothing going on. Waste of space. Room seriously out dated. Pool didn’t even have functioning water fall. Half the hotel on first floor was a ghost town. Only had People when playing stupid soccer game on screen. Everything over priced for no reason. The kitchen table restaurant needs to be closed and put out of business and replaced with another restaurant with better food because my breakfast was nasty so I never went back. Alot of staff should NOT work with people because they are so unhappy with their job. My first time here and I would never come back and would never recommended to anyone because advertisement and pictures on line is FALSE ADVERTISMENT! Also, get rid of the people trying to hustle people into buying timeshare because it’s annoying to be harrased every time you walk by. Also, half the stores were not even open for business
