There was no in room amenities . No hot water kettle, coffee pods, no tea bags, sugar . This are the basic amenities provided world wide free of cost for morning wake up . Upon request to my shock there was charge of 11 dollars which is in acceptable.

    Good property

The room was amazing, with 2 bathrooms for convience of getting ready. The pool was amazing and had a 21 and over area if you prefer to relax without children.

For starters the room we were assigned was dimly lit with only two small lamps in the main bedroom area. The view of the pool from the 18th floor was lovely but hearing the leaf blower going off every morning at 6am was not. It also did not help that the ice machine on our floor was broken for the duration of our stay and the average temperature in Vegas was 100°+ (107 while we were there). Since each room card is assigned to a specific floor you can't just pop down to the next floor to get ice. Also, we had issues with no one coming to clean the room multiple days in a row. We shared our concerns regarding this and the front desk and while the tried to help it was frustrating that I had to do this multiple times in a 4 night stay. Lastly, I found the casino staff to be extremely unfriendly. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by letting me gamble at their casino, sit at their bar or even order a cup of coffee. With that said all of the surrounding casinos were great. Bellagio, Venetian, Aria, Park MGM- all very nice and friendly. I have stayed at the Venetian, Vadara, and NYNY multiple times and would recommend all of those. I would not recommend Cesar's for their hotel or casino.

Our room had dirty mirrors and a peeled off sticker on the dresser. The cabinet door was broken. Everything you touch costs extra and the price of water, coffee, soda is outrageous ! Otherwise clean, elaborate, and fun!

Overall, a good stay, but what is this nonsense nowadays with hotels charging you if you check in early? I can understand an extra charge for checking out late, but how do they justify a fee for checking in early? If the room is ready, that means that it has already been cleaned and is ready for occupancy; doesn't cost the hotel one penny extra for a guest to check in early. The answer of course is they can't justify it; it's just another way to squeeze every last dollar out of guests. Pretty insulting when you think about it.

The pool area is nice but there are not nearly enough chairs for the size of the resort. You get the typical people who come down at 9am and drop a towel and one personal item to tie up a chair all day. Staff is not permitted to remove any personal items, so play that game if you want or be prepared to spend big $$ on premium seating. Pool staff is very nice though. Caesars like most Vegas casinos still allows smoking on gaming floor. Still not sure why that’s a thing if they want to attract premium visitors. Many people don’t want to spend too much time in a smoke filled environment. Shopping is spectacular according to my wife who is into such things. Many high end stores.

Have not given 5* for following reasons: • Rooms could be more modern, they’re very classical but do need more modern uplift for price. We paid room upgrade on arrival but it was overlooking unfinished hotel & “working areas”, ie: pipework etc for building. Not what we were expecting for extra money tbh. • Uber pick up - taxis Caesar’s arrange can pick up front of lobby & are double. Using Uber, you have to go to valet far end of hotel (Caesar’s make nothing from it!). It takes 15 mins just to cross hotel when busy as there’s no straight path via crowds. We had someone with disability with us who struggled but there’s no duty of care for this, it’s all about money. * The restaurant in lobby was lovely, great food, excellent quality. But experience was totally ruined by loud speakers above your head blaring out football - LOUDLY. I’m not into football, however I genuinely don’t mind it in background but volume was so stupidly loud that no one on table (5 of us) could chat as we couldn’t hear anything over it. I have no issue with them playing matches but not to point it’s deafening. * On checkout, we used machines as desks rammed. I found a mini bar charge we hadn’t used so went to lady overseeing them. She made it quite clear it was an inconvenience, her tone was sharp & impatient! She was rude. However other staff encountered were brilliant.

I booked the Colosseum Strip view room, but when i check-in they gave me the room in the Palace Tower. It supports to be in the Colosseum Tower. I was realized it when i got into the room because the furnitures, bed were totally difference with the picture in the ad when i booked. We did not like the furnishes and the view was terrible looking out the window seeing cars parking on the structure. Since i was hurry for an appointment and stay only one night i did not asking why the next morning. They said it was an upgrade but i did not buy it. I am not going to argue with them because have more things to do. The check-in staff should have let me know. I am the first time stayed at Caesar Palace and i am not know that they have many “Tower”. I knew now and i had learn the lesson.

Was charged $22 for requesting the mini be removed from the room. And nothing from the minibar and snack tray were consumed.

We ate at The Bacchanal and 24-hour restaurant, Cafe Americana, and the Amstel bakery in which all were enjoyable. We also had drinks from the pool bar. I’ve been to LV many times and try to stay at different hotels to keep things interesting. Caesar’s Palace had been on my list to stay since I first visited in 2008. I really expected more from the hotel.

Nobu Hotel was a refreshing change from typical Las Vegas hotels; The room was very clean and comfortable. We hardly heard anyone in the rooms around us and there was no traffic noise. There was floor access only key cards, welcoming lobby staff, oversized room, generous bathroom size, and an actual closet with a very large safe. They also provided amenities without having to contact housekeeping like an in-room steamer for your clothes, hair dryer, slippers and robes for use while at the property and real toiletries as compared to wall-mounted dispensers and miniature, single-use items. The towels were very plush and there were plenty available in the bathroom. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the "82nd floor" and had a partial view of the strip. The servi-bar prices were more than we cared for and the small amount of space available in the in-room refrigerator to place our own beverages and food items was very limited. There was more than enough counter space in the room to set personal items and the room is laid out well for two travelers to not feel like we were on top of each other. Make sure you take your parking stub with you and present it when you check in as they can add it to your room and it saves $5.00 a night. This has been added to our must return to hotels and look forward to our next vacation in Las Vegas.

Selected pool view king, did not get pool view.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The room AC was controlled and can’t lower to make you comfortable, ask for our room to be cleaned why we were out and it didn’t get cleaned… upgraded room was just ok

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

From the moment you arrive, they try very hard to upsell you to a room upgrade. If you decline and ask to see your assigned room first, it feels like they intentionally place you in one of the farthest rooms from the lobby and give you one of the least desirable rooms to pressure you into upgrading. The room itself had several maintenance issues. The shower constantly alternated between extremely hot and very cold water, it leaked, the sink was clogged, and the shower was missing basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash. The walls are also very thin. We had a bachelorette party next door, and we could hear virtually everything, making it difficult to relax or sleep. If you're looking for a nicer overall experience, consider Palazzo instead. Standard rooms there are suites, and the quality is on a completely different level. We chose Caesars as a compromise, but in the end, it simply wasn't worth it.
