The water drains very slowly in the sink and bath. The body wash and shampoo was not refilled. Everything else was perfect!

Great atmosphere and in an amazing area of the strip. So much to do!

We tried to check in early over the phone. Never could get a real person. Had to leave our name and number and someone was supposed to get with us on early check in. No one ever did call. Finding the check in desk was a nightmare!! Paying to park as a registered, paying guests is ridiculous! The pool was great. Especially the bartender Maggie!!

Needed to fight for the Bedtype King size guaranteed by our reservation. This was a hassle, as we check in using kiosk wrongly gave a double bed.

Hotel was nice. But in cleaning rooms have to pay more attention. We had 2 days our room was no clean. I don't know what happened.

This hotel was okay, great location on the strip. The elevators weren’t working for a whole day on our trip but I am sure they were working on getting it fixed. Overall, great location near everything
