Very well kept

The worst hotel ever. Strong odor, smoke smell. Beds are dirty, I got bug bites all over my legs and back. Try to talk to the staffs, they would not care

However, the price is okay since it is cheap as it provides less services.

Easy check in and check out process, great location and amenities

It’s really in the best spot on the strip in the middle of everything really i highly recommend staying there on your next trip especially for your first trip!!! We had a little mishap and they accommodated us really well so I think it’s a great spot

I was amazed by the staff and the hotel lots to do restaurants have good food and we enjoyed ourselves. Had a wedding and the accommodations were amazing

First time there and it was amazing so much to see and do I will be returning

The staff such as bartenders and waitresses were super nice. Housekeeping came in twice the day we were supposed to check out before checkout time, even with our sign on the door while we were getting dressed, so that was super uncomfortable

Clean room

The bathroom the toilet kept running after you flushed it no cold water pressure, the iron was burnt so you had to be careful when you ironed, the safe wouldn’t lock

Friendly staff, great location, and nice rooms. I’m a bit of a hotel snob, and this one definitely checked all the boxes!

To navigate from the parking to the room is a challenge if you haven’t been here before. It’s also a challenge to first find the parking. I’ve stayed here several times due to a convention that takes place inside this casino, otherwise I’d stay elsewhere. If you like shopping there are plenty of stores to visit in this hotel.

Bathroom needs work. Toilet seat cover was lose and sinks clogged very easily

Rooms no longer have microwave or coffee makers. If you bring food to warm up, there is nothing to do it with. Had to go to casino to get coffee from either Starbucks(yuk) or the bar(tiny cup for over $7). Neither had been my experience in a higher rated hotel. Way over priced and still charging resort fees on top of it.
