Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas

We loved our stay here as it was very convenient on the Strip where most of our activities were located. I love that it was a hotel only and no sounds of a casino when we entered. The rooftop pool was very nice, plenty of shaded cabanas, and it stayed open later than most hotels on the strip. The valet parking was convenient and not too expensive. The bathroom was my least favorite part, as the vanity was small and the shower was behind the bathroom door, but it was still nice overall. Highly recommend.

The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Having a kitchenette, comfortable living area, and separate bedroom made the stay feel much more like a home than a standard hotel room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. One of my favorite amenities was the rooftop deck. The views of the Las Vegas Strip are incredible, especially around sunset and at night when everything is lit up. It was a relaxing place to unwind without leaving the property. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with made me feel welcome throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located resort without having to walk through a casino every time you enter or leave, Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers is an excellent choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

What a great place. Right on the strip but without all the madness. Great location, great hotel , fantastic room, every amenity needed including free laundry facilities. The rooms come with a balcony and the room we had has a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble. This was my second long stay (3 weeks) and I will definitely choose Polo Towers again.

Valet was on time for every time we needed our car. The guys were perfect and helpful and they remembered who we were. Overall are stay was okay.

The room was nice. Close to the strip and walking distance to everything you need. The only thing they could really improve in the bed on the pull out. Could be more comfortable.

Good location, needs an update and better cleaning

When I arrived, Arturo got me checked in and offered me a room, but I chose to wait for a higher-floor room with a Strip view. Let's just say my patience paid off—I ended up with the perfect room on the 16th floor of Tower 1. My room had EVERYTHING! It was clean, upgraded, and included a mini-bar area with dishes, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was the perfect size for me, with a comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. I was attending a concert at Planet Hollywood and could literally walk across the street in less than five minutes. The hotel is also conveniently located near the mall, MGM, numerous restaurants, and, as a California girl, I was thrilled to find an In-N-Out just steps away from the hotel. JD at the front desk was personable, professional, and provided excellent customer service, just like Arturo. But there's more! This was the first hotel I've ever stayed at that offered a text messaging service to check on me throughout my stay, asking how everything was going and if I needed anything. It truly felt like having a personal concierge. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Polo Towers, for an amazing stay!

Maybe the rooms could be more upgraded eventually, but overall it was great.

Great place to stay and would stay there again- the smell of the rooms is why I gave It a 4/5, I just smells mildewy and stale but I got Used to it after the first day. Other than that the hotel stay was great.

Our villa was spacious and clean. The room was dark and quiet in the morning. We made great use of the kitchen. The views at night from the pool are great. We will stay at the Polo Towers again.

Amazing stay

We had a great week-long stay in a "deluxe suite," one of the villas. Excellent location one block from the center strip. Loved that it was quiet and non-smoking. We took advantage of the full kitchen and enjoyed the rooftop pool and fitness center. Staff were great, quick to respond to any requests and were able to accommodate a late checkout, which we appreciated. Minor areas for improvement: tile chipped, tub drained slowly, and trash bags sometimes left in the hallway for longer than ideal. We politely declined the timeshare presentation and had no issues with being pressured. Overall, we would recommend this hotel as a good value and would return!
