Only minor issue was we left our bags with the valet on last day and one of them was broken when it returned , everything else was great

excellent staff and facility

Everything was great & convenient walking distance shops, food, drinks & pool

First we were told our room wasn’t ready. Had to wait over an hour. Had to hurry and change to head to our venue. The bathroom had NO towels and hair all over the floor. We got towels and were told they would come back to clean bathroom…well that did not happen. We will not be back☹️

This property was nice but nothing special. It was clean and our studio king suite was very comfortable. The pool area was decent but a bit cramped. I do wish there were more dining options onsite but it wasn’t a problem because there are many acceptable restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It was way overpriced and when it came time to extend my room they didn’t keep me in the same room I had to move me and all my family of 3 stuff down to the next room. Also for all the money you will spend to stay here there is no room service and also there’s no casinos at this hotel if that’s the amenity your looking for

The only issue is the small pool and pool area.

The hot tub doesn’t work.

​I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The pool area is a highlight and a lovely place to relax. However the poolside service and food quality are the two areas that could really improve and make a perfect stay.

It was very clean. It was usually quite. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The location was great. I love the fact that it was connected with the mall. The pillow wasn't comfortable for me. This is just my preference. I like a little firm pillows.

The room was very spacious and clean, the hot tub did take a while to fill up but it was nice to relax in, prime location connected to the miracle mile shops. Everyone was extremely helpful and had no issues checking in or out, will keep coming back anytime I go the Vegas.
